Hôtel à proximité des remparts de Saint Malo (environ 20mn), au pied de la gare mais sans aucune nuisance (du moins pour notre part, la chambre donnait côte cour), l'accueil (Mélanie) a été très agréable et limpide, rien à redire La chambre supérieure est bien agencée, assez grande et la literie très confortable, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le parfum qui est diffusé aussi bien dans les couloirs que dans les chambres, c'est frais et plaisant Rien à redire au niveau de la propreté Le petit déjeuner est très bien composé avec entre autres des produits faits maison et locaux (far breton, madeleines, gâteau au chocolat et au sarrasin, confitures...), c'est un très bon point à souligner

Personnel extrêmement accueillant et sympathique. La literie est bonne, la chambre supérieure est de bonne facture. Le buffet du petit déjeuner propose pas mal de choix et l'hôtel est bien placé. Le prix est correct

Globalement satisfait mais sous prétexte de développement durable, il n’y a pas d’eau dans les chambres. J’ai du boire dans la nuit au robinet de la chambre. C’est pour moi, un faux prétexte pour faire l’économie de bouteilles d’eau Par ailleurs, un hôtel quatre étoiles ne peut il pas mieux au petit déjeuner que des œufs durs et des œufs brouillés industriels immangeables

Pone en la descripción del hotel que tiene muy buena ubicación, no es así, ya que está en una zona apartada, con la estación delante del hotel, cosa que no necesitábamos al viajar en coche. Sin embargo quedaba lejos del casco antiguo y zona comercial. Al ser Enero, el paseo para ir a cenar era de noche y por una zona solitaria y oscura. Bastante deprimente. Respecto al hotel en sí, es nuevo y está bien. 2 fallos en la habitación, no hay cajones, ni puertas en el armario, hay que dejar la ropa a la vista, así q la ropa interior la tuvimos q dejar en la maleta. La segunda cosa fue la toalla de ducha muy pequeña. Hubiéramos preferido un hotel bien ubicado de verdad.

Je recommande totalement l'hôtel très spacieux les chambres sont assez grande et propre avec des produits de qualité (des produits NUXE ! ); L' emplacement est génial on peut aller à pied facilement en 20MIN à intramuros. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et boulangerie à quelques mètres. Un petit truc à améliorer serait l'oreiller mais sinon je recommande ! En plus la gare est juste à coté. L'hôtel est également engagé dans un programme de nuit solidaire envers des associations (SOLIKEND) je trouve cela important de reconnaitre leur engagement ! merci
