Equipe super sympa. Tout le monde très serviable! Très bon séjour. Bien placé pour ceux qui aiment faire du ski, vue qu'en sortant du local ou est entreposé le matériel, on n'a qu'à faire quelques pas pour se retrouver sur les pistes!

Thank you to all the staff at the Alberta Hotel for our wonderful stay at the end of March/beginning of April. We were a party of 11 (two families) and everybody was so accommodating to us. The food was great, both at breakfast and in the evening and there was also a good wine list. There were no complications or hassles thanks to a great concierge service at reception. They were very helpful in booking lunches/advice on medical centre visits and general info for Val Thorens. It was also lovely to be able to go into the spa (very clean) at the end of the day, again a very good booking system with the front desk so never overcrowded. The hotel is truly ski in/ski out for this time of year and not too far from the centre but not noisy in the evenings.

Magnifique hôtel super bien placé un peu en dehors du centre ville mais tout proche tout de même et surtout au pied des pistes skiables ou promenades. Tout est calme et méticuleusement propre et soigné. Et les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous le recommandons à 1000/00.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce petit hôtel à l’atmosphère chaleureux. Loin des grands complexes hôtelier nous avons apprécier son intimité, son calme, et sa simplicité. Le personnel est chaleureux, avenant et accueillant. En demi-pension, nous nous sommes régalé à chaque dîner. Les+ l'emplacement au pieds des pistes arrivée/départ skis aux pieds, quel luxe! Great little hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Charlotte. Food is good rooms are comfortable, location is very good. Hotel arranged our transfer from Chambery but we had our flight diverted to Grenoble, hotel contced us and the taxi company and we were picked up from Grenoble, excellent service. Our return flight was and evening one so we requested a late check out and this was arranged for us. Nothing bad to say about this hotel and would highly reccomend for a stay in Val Thorens.

Séjour de courte durée mais très agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé au pied des pistes un point primordial dans le choix de l'hôtel. Le personnel y est sympathique, très gentil et attentionné. Le cadre est reposant et l'ambiance familiale.

Belle découverte que ce petit hôtel à Val Thorens ! Idéalement situé en bordure de pistes, il offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour une formule demi-pension. Nous venons d'y passer 1 semaine "comme à la maison". L'espace sauna-jacuzzi est un plus fort appréciable! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel Les + : l'amabilité et le service (sourire et sens du service sont de rigueur) la situation au pied des pistes la propreté de la chambre le balcon la qualité de la demi-pension (simple mais bon) Les - : pas d'ascenseur salle de bain exigüe et qui mériterait un petit rafraichissement pas de réappro de produits de toilette (pensez à apporter votre gel douche et shampoing) ...mais c'est un détail
