Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de ce superbe complexe hôtelier qui mérite entièrement ses 5 étoiles . Tout est fait de façon à passer un agréable séjour ( navette , piscine , spa , accueil, restauration). Le personne est au petit soins pour que votre séjour soit agréable . De l accueil au petit déjeuner en passant par le skishop , nous avons été accueilli avec professionnalisme et bienveillance . Accès direct aux pistes depuis le skishop où le personnel installe directement vos skis prêt à partir sur la piste . Petit déjeuner de qualité avec un choix incroyable ( mention spécial pour le Cake à la pistache et les muffins myrtilles ) et un service hôtelier plus que professionnel . L espace bien être est un ha te de paix avec en prime un sauna extérieur face au montagne . Même les enfants ont des peignoirs et des chaussons à leur taille . Une belle découverte de fin de saison . Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute l année prochaine

what an amazing hotel, far exceeded our expectation. the hotel and residences is situated at the higheset point in Val Thorens with amazing views. we stayed in residence attached the hotel, we had access to all the facilities of the hotel , great swimming pool , extensive kids games room(ping pong Pool table football etc). All the staff without exception were so friendly and helpful, it made our stay even better. the shuttle service from anywhere to anywhere in Val Thorens is truly wonderful, I would highly recommend this Hotel!!!! I would definitely go back there again. Made our holiday truly magical

Nous avons passé une semaine fort sympathique dans ce magnifique établissement. Le personnel et la direction sont disponibles, à l’écoute pour nous permettre de passer un séjour exceptionnel. C’est le cadre idéal pour profitez des sports d’hiver, avec des prestations de qualités remarquables. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Cette hôtel est exceptionnelle, Accès à la piste direct , vue imprenable sur toute la ville , navette à disposition pour sortir le soir , spa très propre et très complet , modernité des chambres et propreté impeccable, le personnel à votre disposition et très souriant, l’hôtel est muni de 3 restaurants et un local à ski pour chauffer vos chaussures et vos gants ! La folie 🙌 Sans oublier le petit dej sous forme de buffet avec jus maison et un choix incroyable sucré / salé 😋 Je conseille vivement cette hôtel tout est pratique et rien ne m’as déçu pendant mon séjour !

Hôtel très confortable, bien localisé, personnel très attentif et bonne cuisine. Petit déjeuner et dîner d'un très bon niveau.L’accès aux pistes et le ski shop ainsi que son personnel est top. Aucun risque sur cette adresse excellente..

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, c’est toujours un grand plaisir de se retrouver au sein de cette établissement. L’accueil et le personnel de qualité. La table est toujours aussi bonne l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui surplombe Val-Thorens et toute la vallée est magnifique. C’est toujours un plaisir de déjeuner dans la chambre face a la montagne.. Le spa, et les soins sont toujours d’aussi, bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Needs updating … but amazing location. Pillows old and lumpy but the ski room staff make it very easy with the family. The shuttle bus is unreliable.. when being picked up… it’s on a best efforts basis even when they tell you it’s on route!

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is lovely and has many good qualities. Friendly check in staff (appreciated somebody taking care of my skis as soon as I arrived). Room was very comfortable although I had requested a double bed which wasn't facilitated (later rectified). Breakfast was the biggest disappointment of the hotel. On the first couple of days the breakfast room was chaos. I walked in and wasn't greeted or taken care of. I had to find my own table (almost all of the free tables were full with dirty dishes). Nobody from the staff attended to me. I managed to get hold of someone and ordered a coffee, after 30 minutes wait the coffee still hadn't arrived. Overall it was a very stressful and unpleasant start to my stay. I did make a complaint to the reception after the second experience was the same in the breakfast room. The next day I did notice an improvement and the manager was much more friendly and attentive. Whilst the service did improve in the breakfast room as the week went on I felt that over all the breakfast was not 5 start quality / service. Otherwise I enjoyed the hotel and the rest of the staff were very friendly and the spa was lovely. The ski room staff were great and it was a lovely touch to have my skis carried out to the snow each morning. I appreciated the check out process and again somebody took care of collecting my skis from the ski room and there was a free shuttle to take me down to my transfer.

Séjour parfait Le chalet est très bien équipé les chambres sont grandes et très très confortables La vue du salon sur l station est magnifique La situation dans la station est parfaite pour le ski et le shopping surtout avec les navettes Le service est la hauteur de nos attentes.
