Personnel super sympa efficace et commercial le Spa après le ski, les buffets variés matin et soir , le salon au coin du feu pour prendre l’apéritif, ou lire une peu . Le service livraison des skis dans les casiers par le partenaire loueur: bref tout est prévu pour passer de super vacances ! Le ski au pieds n’était plus possible vu l’état de la neige (avril) mais première piste ( débutants ok) à moins de 100m des casiers. Nous reviendrons l’an prochain !!

Just returned from a wonderful week at Ours Blanc and have booked again for next year. The hotel has a lovely vibe, friendly staff, lovely rooms and wonderful spa. We enjoyed our half board package with a good variety on offer every breakfast and evening. Nothing better than returning from the slopes to the well kept boot room, a dip in the pool and a sauna before chilling in the bar and dinner. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent accueil le personnel du bar et de la restauration très agréable Le buffet est varié et de bonne qualité La raclette succulente Un seul bémol on ne nous a pas expliqué pour la location des skis on nous a juste donné la carte du partenaire sans explication Dommage nous sommes allés au plus prêt et du coup sans le service de nous apporter les skis à l hôtel

What a gorgeous place. I highly recommend after a glorious stay. Arriving in a convenient car park, into the lovely hotel. Very friendly and warm welcome from the staff who were super helpful all week. Beautiful interiors, fantastic buffet breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, gorgeous views from the orangery and deck. Small but very functional family room with great sizeable bunks for a 10 and 12 year old, big comfy bed and pillows for us. A secret play room for the kids hidden behind a bookcase, lovely SPA with indoor/outdoor pool hammam and sauna. Fantastic location, walking out of the ski room and onto a little slope to join the green piste down to the Croisette. Ski hire shop 200m away and they delivered to the hotel by the time we checked in. Restaurants just round the corner. Awesome! We’ll be back!

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, l’emplacement est parfait, près du centre mais au calme, et le spa bienvenu après le ski. Le séjour est fabuleux grâce à tout cela et un geste de la direction sans l’avoir demandé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, les avis positifs reflètent parfaitement la réalité !

Our first time to Ours Blanc during half term….already booked for next winter! Everything during our stay was perfect, all the staff so welcoming and helpful. Ski in /ski out location, very nice spa, plenty of variety and choice for breakfast and dinner. You can buy ski passes from reception and ski rental easy enough from just down the road (they collect the gear from your locker at the end of the week). If you’re arranging ski school it may be easier to choose Croisette meeting point as you can ski there, otherwise the bus stops outside the hotel so no big deal. Thanks for a memorable stay Ours Blanc - we will see you next winter!

Les massages somptueux, le personnel ultra sympa, très attentionné et toujours à l’écoute. On a terminé notre matinée spa à 2 par un repas à 18 sur la terrasse et pourtant le service a été tout aussi parfait. On était déjà venu l’année dernière, on reviendra encore

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été très décevant. En effet, nous espérions manger une cuisine gastronomique comme annoncé sur le site. Nous avons mangé de la cuisine digne d’une cantine scolaire. Toujours les mêmes plats et surtout servis en buffet. Pas de nappe sur les tables et des serviettes en papier. Les anciens clients nous ont informé du rachat par une chaîne d’hôtel qui a sacrifié les prestations sans diminuer le tarif du séjour. C’est digne d’un 2 étoiles. Notre comparatif se base essentiellement sur des séjours en Autriche où la prestation 4 étoiles est complètement justifiée. Les commentaires qui valorisent cet hôtel sont injustifiées. Premier séjour et dernier séjour pour nous. Dommage aussi que les mauvais avis ne reçoivent pas de réponses des responsables de l’hôtel contrairement aux bons avis.
