Accueil trop longue et bien triste avec une attente interminable de 45 minutes pour enfin avoir nos passes, l’hôtesse nous dit que nous n’avons pas pris de petit-déjeuner tout les matins alors que si. Le ménage reste à désiré, surtout quand on vois des traces sur les murs ou des moumoutes énormes sous les lits. Dès sachet de nourriture oublié. Pas de fruits frais au p’tit dej. Des vis dépasses de la tête de lit à côté de l’interrupteur. A fuir !

Do not book the family room with young children, it’s too dangerous. No air conditioning. Main light switching crackling on use and the shower cubicle flooded through the wall into the room overnight. Very poor response to this.

Nous avons passé une nuit agréable avec nos petits-enfants. Le lendemain matin, petite déception, la salle du petit déjeuner trop petite.
Sinon c'était parfait, l'hôtesse d'accueil était très efficace et rapide.

Chambre très bruyante, à deux reprises des personnes ont voulu entrer dans notre chambre alors que nous y étions...
Chambre en haut des escaliers, très bruyante avec beaucoup de passages !!
