I slept in the parking lot of Macdonald restaurant, people knocking my door, a lot cars in the parking lot with louder music and talking drinking alcohol and maybe *****, the room was dirty, my daughter room was beers in the refrigerator and my room bathroom was poop in the tub and sink , smell bad, I put in my nose Vick for the smell but we can’t stay in this situation. Definitely for a family is no good motel but musty people young yes but for my family was a disaster, I called for the refund but they don’t want to loose money , they don’t care family situation an ******* as well they don’t care , just make money from families like us. ******* and the nasty motel is garbage Basura . Basura ******* they don’t help nada basura basura I want my money $357, basura . My money I work hard .

It’s a very bare hotel room and the stay was not very pleasant. The walls are so thin you hear EVERYTHING. The people upstairs kept us up all night just walking.

The property is old and in dire need of a renovation, ******* ripped me a new one on price as I paid twice what the lady in front of me paid for this less than satisfactory property, the floor tile is cracking, the door didn’t shut or latch properly and the walls and ceiling had cracks and needed painting.

Don’t waste your money on this place! The room was disgusting, had a crack in the door so bugs can crawl in, air conditioner was leaking water inside the room so they gave me 2 2x4’s to prop it up. The flies outside were a nuisance.
When we book the room this property stated that it had complementary breakfast well there is no breakfast at this hotel

I reserved a room 12 hours before my stay. When I arrived to check in, I was told there's no availability, and the staff basically just shrugged and said "sorry, not our fault. We can't help you" and I was forced to find another hotel in the area at midnight during a 26 hour road trip. My card was charged for the night's stay and I'm traveling on limited funds.
