Hôtel très agréable à proximité de Salers. Au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Cuisine simple et très bonne. Idéal pour rayonner autour du Puy Mary. Nous le recommandons vivement et l’accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux et convivial.

De l’extérieur belle demeure et cadre magnifique. Toutefois le jardin notamment potager semble un peu négligé. Compte tenu des tarifs très élevés pratiqués, on pourrait s’attendre à l’intérieur à une prestation de haute qualité, que nenni ! Odeur d’humidité lorsque l’on rentre à l’accueil, les chambres auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement (trace de calcaire dans les douches/baignoires, tissu des fauteuils déchirés, literies très moyennes, problème d’insonorisation), couloirs et circulation avec trace d’humidité, qualité du wifi déplorable (les premiers arrivés sont les premiers servis !). Absence d’accueil (jamais personne à l’accueil) , on dirait que le propriétaire a peur de parler aux clients (apparement proche de la retraite et en recherche de repreneur) … nous n’avons pas pris notre dîner sur place car trop cher. Petit déjeuner cher pour ce qui est proposé ! Tous les matins obligés de demander un grill pain (celui que l’on nous a donné était dans un état de saleté déplorable !) Très en dessous des trois étoiles indiquées ! Très décevant et beaucoup trop cher ! Sinon la région est magnifique !
