L'hotel très beau et la suite est très confortable et très bien équipée avec une belle vue, on a passé un agréable séjour. par contre le nettoyage des chambres d'hôtel au quotidien n'est pas automatique, apparemment c'est à la demande
aussi je trouve un peu abusée qu'ils n'acceptent pas les arrivées avant 17h et il exigent un départ vers10h

Magnifique, Fantastique. Personnel de l’accueil et du restaurant au petit soin, adorables. Le spa est aussi de qualité.
Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner, le buffet proposé n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement.
On reviendra 😉

Personnel très agréable. Bel appartement.
Pas très bien insonorisé, surprise de voir des radiateurs électriques.
Accueil agréable, le personnel est très avenant.
Très belle déco, les chambres sont belles , la literie est très bien .
Dommage que le spa ne soit pas compris dans la tarification.
Le spa est à faire , surtout si vous pouvez le privatiser. Jacuzzi extérieur face à la montagne enneigée : un pur bonheur.

Conforto e decoração expetaculares. Serviço e café da manhã abaixo das expectativas. O hotel deveria avisar que todos os serviços devem ser agendados previamente. Durante nossa estadia não tivemos acesso ao restaurante e ao spar do hotel pois não haviamos reservado com antecedência!
