The Snowgoose grill was excellent, but our room left a LOT to be desired. Walls were thin, carpet and bedding were old/dirty, and it just seemed more like a run-down motel than a lodge.

The east entrance is the secret gem to glacier. This place is a Great location near the east entrance to the park. Highly recommend.

The room was not only very spacious, but it also was extremely clean. The only things that I would change would be the coffee maker. The one single cup coffee makers with only one serving available was not enough to serve both myself and my wife. Obviously we could’ve gone to the gas station, but it wasn’t open when we were departing for our day out.

We had a lovely stay at the start of summer 2024. We stayed in the Hiker's cabin. With two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a common room, it had enough room to spread out comfortably. It is rustic, and there is not a stove. But with a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, sink, and dishes, we could make our own breakfasts and lunches. We stayed during the season’s opening week. Shoutout to Ann Boland, the Assistant Manager, for making sure we had what we needed during our stay with a smile.

The location was outstanding. The desk staff was great. I had an issue with the outside lights to the house and bathhouse being out which made night time bathroom runs really fun. The bulb to the house door was changed right away. The bathhouse bulb wasn’t. That wasnt a huge deal since the back light on the house lit the walkway enough for that. The house was great! It was a let down that you couldnt use the sink for much more than hand washing since its only 2 gallon and it was noted that bottle filling or filling of pots had to be done in the bathhouse. The bathhouse was beautiful! The draw to it was a nice deep jacuzzi tub. I looked forward to using it after hiking all day only to find that some of the components was nearly all brown. Dont knkw if it was just stained from time or what but it was def. not inviting. Neither was the mold on parts of the tub/shower caulking. I overall enjoyed my stay but prob wouldn't be willing to pay the price I did for 2 nights there again.

Do research on this lodge before you decide to stay here. Very expensive, rooms need attention to some repairs, looks nice from the outside, food was good and customer service was average.

We stayed one night here on our way to East Glacier Lodge. I wish I would have stayed here as the view and location to the park was great. All lodging is expensive in this area, so be prepared to pay for the view and location! Beds comfortable and clean, We got a ground floor room with a patio that opened to mountain view with a stream. Perhaps we paid extra for this, but we really needed a room for one night and had to pay whatever they had available to make our trip work.
