Une belle adresse dans un lieu magique.. la décoration est très réussie le confort est bien et le petit déjeuner super Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour qui était un cadeau de Noël.. voilà nous recommandons sans réserve cette adresse qui offre aussi une table de grande qualité

On s’attendait à mieux mais c’était pas mal. C’est cher pour ce que c’est. Pour un 4 Étoiles ne pas avoir la bouilloire ou cafetière dans la chambre c’est dommage. En fait il y a 2 cafetières dans le couloir avec des verres jetables! Au réveil j’aime bien pouvoir me faire une boisson chaude dans la chambre et non pas dans le couloir de l’hôtel. Sur le site il stipule que le café et le thé « Palais Des thés » sont à disposition mais le thé est payant. Il faut le commander au bar. Quand on paie plus de 400€ pour une nuitée (repas et petit déj inclus) on ne s’attend pas à devoir payer 85€ de + pour accéder au SPA. Ailleurs l’accès est gratuit surtout quand le client paie déjà ce tarif là. Ce sont des petits détails certes… En revanche côté gastronomie TOUT EST VRAIMENT DÉLICIEUX.

A wonderful 2 nights stay where our intervening day was spent visiting the countryside and a rural weekly market. Evening dinners were in the very intimate restaurants of chef Jean-Paul Tossens, who along with his wife and daughter own and manage the 12 room luxury appointed hotel. The repurposed former monastery has an adjacent village church dating to its start of construction in the 11th century. Seeing it’s simplistic beauty is worth the trip alone. The dinners were the lagniappe of our trip.

Tout a été parfait. Du début à la fin, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel. L’accueil, La chambre et la salle de bain superbes, le calme, le petit déjeuner parfait, les restaurants excellents. Nos petits chiens ont été acceptés.

Cadre magnifique avec une vue splendide sur les vignobles du Maduran, accueil souriant, chaleureux et professionnel, service attentionné et irréprochable, chambres à la décoration très soignée et restaurant à la cuisine inventive, savoureuse. Pour notre second séjour, nous n’avons qu’un regret : que ces instants magiques passent si vite ! A magnificent setting with a splendid view of the Maduran vineyards, a smiling, warm and professional welcome, dedicated and impeccable service, beautifully decorated rooms and a restaurant with inventive and tasty cuisine. For our second stay, we have only one regret: that these magical moments fly so quickly! Een prachtige omgeving met een prachtig uitzicht op de Madurese wijngaarden, een glimlachend, warm en professioneel onthaal, attente en onberispelijke service, prachtig ingerichte kamers en een restaurant met een inventieve en heerlijke keuken. Voor ons t****e verblijf hebben we slechts één spijt: dat deze magische momenten zo snel voorbij waren!

restaurant la table Decouverte entre amis à l'occasion de la fete des mères le site est remarquable. Accueil très professionnel. Décoration en accord avec les lieux de bon goût installations se qualité. Excellent restaurant nous reviendrons.

3 jours merveilleux au calme dans un endroit exceptionnel L hôtel est un ancien monastère parfaitement restauré avec tout le confort. La chambre est grande avec de jolis meubles , la literie est confortable, la vue exceptionnelle dans un calme absolu. Le petit déjeuner est une tuerie, les viennoiseries sont d une rare qualité et tellement bonnes…. Le restaurant est excellent que ce soit la table ou les bérets noirs. Le rapport qualité prix est plus que correct. L accueil est parfait, bref que du bonheur…

Absolutely great. Deserves a Michelin star! And a Bib in their Bistro. My favorite address in Le Gers. Service and food exquisite and eye for detail un French. Wonderful setting. You will not be disappointed to visit these great people in Saint Mont.
