From the outside, it looks simple — but step inside, and it's a whole different story. Chic, modern design with warm wood accents and stylish lighting. Just 2 minutes from St. Moritz station. Check-in was smooth and friendly, with a personal touch: staff walked me to the room and explained how everything works. Loved the Dyson hairdryer, Aesop amenities, hot water bottle, and complimentary first round of minibar drinks — rare these days! Only stayed a night before heading to Tirano, but I’ll definitely return. A great stay in St. Moritz!

What an amazing stay. While it was the shoulder season and there were certainly less people in St Moritz, the service and professionalism of the staff never ended! From their policy of in-room beverages being “on them” to an absolutely stellar breakfast to complimentary train, bus and cable car rides, the experience was top notch. We were in room 322 overlooking Lake St Moritz. It was spectacular. The layout was perfect. The technology top notch. Literally they thought of everything. And being directly across from the train station made everything extraordinarily easy. It’s close to all the shopping and they bent over backwards throughout the stay. Our 3 nights was wonderful. TOPPER: my girlfriend forgot her very expensive tennis bracelet and necklace in an open hotel safe. They contacted us immediately and had it sent overnight to our next hotel in Zermatt!! Man, I loved this place!!! Bravo!

Great hotel with incredible service and rooms. Very good bed and the amenities were fantastic. Their SPA was one of the best I’ve been to in terms of quality and massage. Even tho the spa was small, it was designed for purpose with the finest equipment and equipped with well trained staff. First time I’ve seen an indoor full size stainless steel pool! The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast is excellent with some of the most creative food options I’ve see on a menu. Their bar is a whole other level; have their own still, incredible collection of champagnes and Louis XIII by the glass. Really nice stay.
