地理位置不錯，開窗正對雪山🏔，旁邊加油站⛽，前台兩個女士都很熱情，因為臨時訂房，年長一位還現場帶我去看了幾個不同房型，唯一不足的是浴室太小，大約1平方米，是全世界旅遊住過最小的浴室，洗頭都不能彎腰，其他都還滿意。

I have no idea how this can be a 4 star hotel. It is adjacent to 2 gas stations outside of town. The decor is depressing. No pick up service from train station (be prepared to pay 35 CHF one way for a taxi). It looks like it should be a 2 star. I booked this thru the Glacier Express travel agent online. Be very careful what they offer you!

Very good and comfortable hotel. Paul at reception is really nice and has excellent recommendations on things to do and where to go in the area. The hotel gives you a transport card that covers all cable cars and public transport in the area and that saved us a lot of money. The hotel is located close to the lake but further than st Moritz village itself. Perfect location away from the noise but close enough by public transport.

Really great hotel! Amazing staff
This hotel is fantastic! The room was so comfortable, clean and well laid out. The hotel gives you passes you can use for busses, gondolas and funiculars. We went on them all, and the pass saved us hundreds of dollars!
The breakfasts were amazing. They had a buffet as well as offerings from a menu (eggs Benedict, crepes, pancakes, etc…). We also had dinner at the hotel one night, which was delicious.
The hotel staff was amazing. They helped us figure out the best places to go, when to go and how to get there. They were so friendly and just wonderful!
You can not go wrong if you book this hotel. We can’t wait to come back.

The front desk staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were clean and sufficient. Breakfast service was quick and delicious.
