Decent. Nothing spectacular. Several amenities were really lacking - room phone and tv were spoilt.

The location of the hotel is remote and the breakfast is terrible for a 4 star hotel. Few choices and no constant replenishment of food. I'm afraid you eat too much. There was only one person working at the front desk. It took an hour to check in for 8 rooms

Hotel 4 étoiles à fuir, Receptionniste se moquant ouvertement de ses clients, je détails, arriver dans ma chambre le premier soir vers 18h, il fait une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre et la clim ne fonctionne pas ( ou en mode chaud en sortie de buse) il doit faire sans abuser 28 degrés dans la chambre Je retourne à la réception pour expliquer le cas, le receptionniste me dit en riant mais c'est normale vous n'avez pas besoins de clim en avril, c'est une blague il m'apporte alors un pauvre ventilateur tourelle et me dit je n'ai que ça à vous proposer, j'ai demandé à changer de chambre il m'a alors dit que ce n'était alors pas possible car hotel plein. Pour un hotel 4 étoiles pas de climatisation fonctionnelle pour le prix c'est très TRÈS dérangeant, et par pitié formez un peu votre personnel à la relation client.

I had a booking for a 2 night stay at the hotel, 2 days before my daughter got sick. I called the hotel to ask if it was possible they could move my reservation to another day. the person who answered the phone was so rude to me, hang up the phone while I was still talking. So rude!!!!

Hotel is goed gelegen, dit is het enige pluspunt. Kamer klein, badkamer is vreselijk. Oud, klein, doucheslang lekte enorm… Ontbijt is nog erger, 2de dag was het sinaasappelmachine in”onderhoud” dus geen vers sinaasappelsap. Er liggen pannenkoeken maar die worden niet vers gebakken gwn koud op een plank gepresenteerd. Eieren worden bijna niet aangevuld… echt ondermaats voor een 4 sterrenhotel! Parking duur = 20 euro per nacht. Personeel doet zeker geen extra moeite, als je een vraag hebt verwijzen ze je door en bij het ontbijt zelf geen bonjour.

Gute Lage, nicht weit von der Metrostation Garibaldi entfernt, Restaurants und Supermärkte direkt in der unmittelbaren Nähe, sogar ein guit sortiertter Bio -Markt. Im Hotel freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Ein Nachteil ist, dass die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können, so dass Frischluftzufuhr nicht möglich ist, Luft kommt nur über die AirCondition. Für eine Nacht ok, bei der zweiten Nacht war die Luft im Zimmer eher mäßig. Beim Frühstück war das Rührei richtig schlecht, sonst war das Frühstück gut.

It serves its purpose if you are visiting the Marche aux puces but if visiting Paris as a tourist I would avoid. Far from city centre in an area I would describe as deprived. Reception staff not the friendliest or helpful either. Breakfast very good.
