The hotel is on a mountain with a very nice view, a large garden with all kinds of exotic flowers and plants. There are three swimming pools. Although they are not big, one of them is a special children's pool. We don't know, and no one cares about swimming in the children's pool. .
The ordinary room we booked is relatively small, and the fresh air fan is very loud, but there is a large terrace to see the garden view. The service is very good, and the attitude of the staff is also very good. Someone can carry luggage.
The only regret is that the meals are so-so, and the breakfast is so-so. We were too tired on the first day, so we ordered room service, but the products were not very good. On the second day, we bought something from the supermarket and ate on the terrace. There are no restaurants nearby, pure resort hotels, if you don't want to eat at the hotel, you have to buy delicious food in advance.

The hotel is now on my list of favorites! The staff knew what we needed before we did. The front desk was very helpful with regards to recommendations and restaurant reservations in town. We had fabulous meals for dinner but we did not get to enjoy breakfast due to time constraints. Our room was kept immaculate and after a long day of walking I so enjoyed a soak in the tub. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and I can only imagine how gorgeous the gardens are in warmer weather. My only quibble was room service food, they replaced an inedible steak promptly with a burger, but that steak should not be served at all if they do not get better quality cuts of beef. I will definitely try to return as our stay was one of the best we had in France!!

Pas un seul défaut, le meilleur relais et château de notre semaine, malgré une rude concurrence. Un chef concierge, Mr Emmauel Lottin, ambassadeur de la passion et du professionnalisme !! Il faut y aller les yeux fermés !!

Cet hôtel est un véritable coin de paradis où tout est fait pour que le client se sente parfaitement bien. Les chambres sont superbes et parfaitement propres, les repas au Lis Orto sont vraiment délicieux, le SPA invite à la détente et les soins y sont divins, enfin, tout le personnel est à l'écoute de manière très professionnelle. Tout était parfait. A peine arrivés nous étions surclassés sur une suite "Bastide des fleurs" magnifique avec une piscine et bain de soleil privés (exclusivement adultes) pour 6 suites seulement. Il y a 3 piscines sur le domaine!! Un accueil à la hauteur d'un grand relais Châteaux avec visite du domaine. Dans un cadre sublime, des hectares de terrain arborés, entretenus, avec potager, lieu de senteurs et coins de tranquillité. "La table de Pierre", un restaurant gastronomique incroyable avec une recherche dans les plats, des goûts et des saveurs extraordinaires, un très grand chef malgré ses 30 ans, le tout servi avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Le Spa divin, grandiose avec un personnel compétent, des massages certes un peu onéreux mais très professionnels. Un petit déjeuner varié, copieux, excellent.. Nous avions besoin de repos et de détente, nous avons été comblés avec un service à la fois discret mais efficace. Nous recommandons ce domaine et nous y retournerons très vite..

Un cocon de douceur! J’y suis allée une première fois en couple pour un week end de repos. Puis, séduite par le lieu, j’y suis retournée avec des amis et plus tard encore en famille…et encore! Chaque séjour en appelle un nouveau tant tout y est parfait! Un personnel bienveillant! Un décors élégant et raffiné! Un parc magnifique! Des chambres à la hauteur de mes attentes! Tout cela sous le regard discret et bienveillant du Chef Concierge dont on sent la grande attention portée au bien être de chacun des « guests » Merci à Melanie, réceptionniste infiniment professionnelle à ce niveau de prestations !
