Nous avons profité des ponts du 8 mai pour nous retrouver entre amis (nous étions 2 couples avec nos enfants) : le mas des amandiers est un petit havre de paix, au jardin agréable et bien entretenu; la terrasse laisse libre choix entre le farniente au bord de la piscine et une vue exceptionnelle sur Saint-Paul de Vence. Le lieu est idéal pour le départ de sentiers de randonnées, de découverte du village de Saint-Paul de Vence, mais aussi proche de commodités (aéroport de Nice, centre commercial Riviera) et de grandes villes à visiter. Mais le must de ce lieu magique est sans aucun doute l’accueil qui nous a été réservé : des chambres coquettes, des petits déjeuners toujours variés et copieux, faits avec amour par Dane, la gentillesse de son mari Eric… Bref, merci à ces 2 hôtes exceptionnels Eric et Dane, grâce à qui nous nous sommes offerts une parenthèse enchantée dans le sud!

We choose this B&B for 4 nights in May 22, while visiting the Provencd/Cote d`Azur. Welcoming owner Wendy(speaks English and French)has a beautiful house with a wonderful garden and a delightful pool with view over the landscape towards the old town of Saint-Paul-de Vence. It's the ideal place for visiting the famous surounding villages of Vence, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Mougins and the Cap Ferrat and Cap Martin as well as Antibes. You need a car to get to the places and to restaurants but we were happy after every busy day of visits to get back to this calm and lovely place and the pool just in front of the room. The house has just a few guest rooms and most of the time we had the space for ourselves. Wendy is a very kind and helpful host who can give you lots of tips, whether you prefer nature or culture. The breakfast which is included in the very good price(100 Euro for the room), is just perfect. I really reommend Le mas des amandiers.
