Dîner : en 7 séquences plein de saveurs ; jolie déco des plats. Personnel sympa. Chambre : bonne literie et bonne propreté des sanitaires. Belle déco de chambre. Petit-déjeuner en buffet très varié et copieux. Très bonne idée pour des "bons cadeaux". Le parc doit être sympa l'été.

The accommodation was very good. The restaurant was expensive and the waiters inflexible. When we asked for a vegetarian option we were told the meat would be taken off the dish and more vegetables added! We had to send back the first plate of pork because we couldn't cut into it - neither could the waiter!

Pour le plaisir des papilles et des yeux, des produits de saison et une cuisine originale riche en saveurs. C'est une halte gourmande et gastronomique qui s'impose à saint Paul en Jarez. L'accord mets / vins est impeccable. L'accueil est chaleureux, une nouvelle expérience est à envisager en saison estivale.

Presume de nivel y no lo tiene. No cuidan los detalles. Necesita renovación. Personal poco amable y hotel debería tener una categoría de dos estrellas. Wifi no funciona. Se salva la ducha y la cama, que dado el estado del edificio es mucho…..

J’ai absolument TOUT adoré de ce dîner à l’Eclosion. Et je n’en attendais pas grand chose au vu du menu, pourtant. Tout était exceptionnel en goût et en finesse. La vaisselle adaptée à chaque plat, à chaque situation de goût, l’excellente réalisation et la mise en valeur des produits, c’était merveilleux, je me suis régalée. Le service est décontracté et pourtant précis, la sommelière d’excellent conseil et l’ensemble est visuellement superbe

This was our splurge for this part of our trip. Well worth the visit just for the food and experience. Celebrated our anniversary with great 9 course meal and wine pairing. Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. Room was so beautiful and the grounds were a respite from a busy trip.
