Ideal location facing Lake Christus, near shops and the cam. Simple hotel but equipped with everything you need. Really lovely staff.
Own.

The hotel really deserves to be renovated.
The campaniles are much cleaner in general.
The bathroom has traces of mold on the ceiling, due to humidity I presume. This is the first time I've seen such a dilapidated campanile.

Have been here before. Good parking facilities. Clean place to stay. Good food selection.. Friendly staff. Hotel a bit old but safe and clean. You can hear the neighbours walking on the top floor. Further on a quiet area. Easy to find. A Campanille which we recommend.

Hôtel campanile classique, idéalement placé près du bord d'un lac. Cadre idyllique. Vous êtes immédiatement accueilli par un personnel très sympa ! Nous avons mangé à 2 pour affaires. Poulet fermier excellent. Steak de thon très bien cuit. Rapport qualité prix 12,95€. Je recommande!

Chambres des années 80 et glauque, propreté à revoir, mobilier abimé, parking non gardé, escalier exigus. Vraiment déçu. Le restau ne rattrape pas, plat servi froid, pain décongelé, dessert sans saveur. Seul point positif pour les véhicule électrique, des bornes de recharge.

Le personnel accueillant est très sympathique et disponible.
En revanche, l'état de l'hotel est bien moins accueillant, il est dans son jus.
Chambre 28, le sol est complément abîmé et à changer, la tringle du volet à disparue le volet ne fonctionne donc pas, le toilette n'est pas de niveau, pas très confortable, la luminosité est insuffisante, 1 seule prise dans la chambre.
Des points positif quand même, télé et WiFi ok, lit confortable, en même temps, il ne manquerai plus que ça.
Les extérieurs, cher(s) dirigeant(s), vous ne devez pas pas faire souvent le tour de votre établissement, ni en journée, ni jour de pluie, ni la nuit. Les branches des arbustes sont dans le passage des accès et dans les escaliers. En haut de l'escalier qui donne accès à la reception, il y a un trou et l'eau y stagne par temps de pluie et vu que les accès ne sont pas éclairés le matin, les chaussures mouilles....
Enfin, lorsque lon propose a ses clients un petit dej a 11€, les croissants et pain au chocolat congelés ne doivent pas etre cuits la veille.
