Our reservation was screwed up. I booked another night and when we checked into the resort this reservation was combined with the existing reservation. We went out and about on Wednesday, only to come back locked out of our room for 45 minutes. Staff kept telling us we checked out, when in fact we didn't they finally found our other reservation. They weren't empathetic. We feel as if we got screwed. This was supposed to be a great girls week get away, instead it turned into an utter annoyance. I won't book through ******* again if I can help it or stay at RumFish.

Great experience all the time people were great Mikey and Jay were awesome on the zip line along with the people on the slide great experience. The rooms were amazing we even got a free upgrade. What a wonderful time the hot was great. Along with all the pools.

The first 2 nights they had power washing going on and it was a bit noisy. I talked to Mike at the front desk and he was absolutely great. He was able to move us to another part of the resort and we had a fabulous time. Thank you Mike for your help and how friendly you were. Mike helped make our stay at Rumfish great.

The extra cost to use a towel on the beach and the prices were high at the restaurants. I did like the beach chairs and the sand was great. The outside entertainment at night was fun and the lights were great.

The staff were all super friendly and the entire resort has a great island feel. I highly recommend swimming with the fish at RumFish and then going there to eat!

My son took a class with Crabby Designer. The gals running it did a phenomenal job and helped him with his art project with great care. They were very engaging and the artwork turned out great!! Wonderful experience!! Definitely recommend a class!!
