Rob Holdaway is a breath of fresh air! He is always ready to help, is polite and a hard worker. We always look forward to seeing him. He goes above and beyond to make us comfortable. He works with people attending our conference which makes us look good.

Mikey and Jay working the Zip line were awesome! They were very helpful and nice. My kids had the best time doing the zipline at the beach

The rooms are very dated but it was clean. Lots to do. Super slide, lots of pools, zip line, great beach, pairasaling, beach cabanas, etc etc etc. Plenty of restaurants and bars.

I had the massage with Ron at Bodyworks. Ron has been giving massages for 30 years and knows what he's doing. My shoulders and neck muscles are always tight and I didn't even tell him where to start, he knew.Ron your massage was awesome! Thanks!

Overall, we had a great family trip. We went with several other families and all of the kids activities were wonderful. Our kids had something to do all day long. They loved the slide, zip lining, pickle ball, glow parties, s’mores, etc. The resort is maybe a bit outdated but nothing too crazy. Our rooms were decent and were cleaned daily. Unfortunately, RumFish was closed to us because another large group had rented it out for the week. We were definitely disappointed that we couldn’t use any of their amenities like tennis, basketball or utilize their restaurants (we got bored of Flying Fish quickly, it was good but we just got sick of that being our only lunch option day after day). It was very frustrating and felt extremely unfair that the guests who rented out RumFish were allowed to come to our side of the resort (Island Grabd) and use the water slide, zipline, etc when we were not allowed to go over there. That just seems very inequitable and nobody could tell us why we couldn’t go over to RumFish but they were able to come over to Island Grand. On a positive note, there were several very helpful staff members like Mike who climbed into the paddle boat lagoon/stream to get my friends credit card after she dropped it in there. The kids loved Damon by the pool and the splash competitions.

Our first experience at this resort. We walked into a long line to check in. 15/20 people ahead of us. When it was finally our time we were told our room wasn't ready. Mind you check in is 4:00 pm. This is 4:50. Our room wasn't ready till 5:55 pm. We had to wait another half hour for our luggage due to only one bell hop on hand. We did see this was a pattern the next few days the lines were this was. It wasnt Sprin Break so I could only imagine how back the wait to check in was then! The elevators were always broken!!! All over the resort. We had a baby with a stroller So there was times we needed them. There was a woman working at the front who was extremely rude and really didn't care if you took her name down to contact anyone. I didn't get her names cause it was foreign and different . It def wasn't a good start! Our room was clean and nice. It was clean every day. The food was very good the service of the employees are great but the Pools were very very very dirty. We ended up just going to the ocean since they were so bad. I'm very sad this wasn't a great experience for us as a family.
