Great location, but property felt worn. Bed was not comfortable and the couch in our room had a big rip in it. Service at the rooftop bar at sunset was horrible, with only one guy working the bar that wasn’t fully stocked.

This was our 4th stay at Zamora. From the rooms, to the staff, the views, pool, rooftop bar, restaurant, it's always a pleasure to stay there.

I love this hotel for the location, friendly staff, quiet pool/hot tub area, paddle boards, bikes, morning coffee, afternoon champagne.
What I would like to see change… Smart TV’s and shutters for the bathrooms allowing for privacy while showering. At the very least a shower curtain.

The hotel Zamora was very clean, all the staff members I encountered were very helpful and kind. The food at the restaurant was 10/10, I would definitely visit again

Spent 8 days at the hotel. Some of the reviews have been a little brutal! Don’t expect a 4 star boutique hotel it isn’t. It reminds me of a 90’s hotel on the Costa, however, clean and tidy through out with very pleasant staff, nice large rooms with good view of st Pete’s. Fantastic 360 roof bar, didn’t eat there as loads of great places near by. Hotel provided valet parking services, sun chairs, flavour ice water on tap, canoe and bikes to use (in your resort fee). Only real criticism was music by pool to loud at weekends. Not everyone appreciates techno blasting all day!! Although you can go to the beech. Thanks all for lovely stay.

The location was great, wonderful beach with chairs and umbrellas across the street, lovely roof deck, good restaurant, large comfortable rooms. But the best part of all was the front desk staff, specifically Shay, who went above and beyond to turn a small problem into a huge win for the hotel and for us. She treated us really well, a serious professional. We will certainly be back and recommend to all our friends.

My stay was Nice …the beds were very comfortable & never heard noise from neighboring guests Their was a wedding reception the first night I arrived you never knew it The valets were very helpful with surrounding area places to visit The only down side was the roof top area was nice but that fake grass everywhere looks tacky It does not match the meditarian style/vibe of the rest of the hotel
