What a fun experience! We had such a wonderful time and laughed a lot. Our photographer was wonderful and helpful in posing. I would highly recommend! We will cherish these photos and they will always remind me of this vacation. Bought more than we thought we would but worth it!

Second time staying here - we returned for the location. Our kids loved the pool and proximity to the ocean; we like Coconut Charlie's (the service there is excellent despite large numbers of revellers on the weekend) and how easy it is to get around St. Pete Beach. It was our mistake that we didnt check-in early and select a room closer to the pool; instead, we were assigned a fourth floor room overlooking the dumpsters. Not a good room at all. And the air conditioning was right next to one of the beds. Lesson learned for next time - pick a room as soon as possible. Is 35~ mins from Tampa Airport. Boulevard Burgers across the road makes excellent kid-friendly food. There is a Publix supermarket about 1/2 a mile away. And we go to Merry Pier in Passe-a-Grille to rent fishing rods.

Just got back from this hotel. It was fantastic! The rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable beds.. Cabana comes free with the room as does coffee from the lobby. We had two cars. One was free and for the other there was a $75.00 charge (1 night) but they gave us a $75.00 voucher for food and drinks for the day! I would 109% stay here again!

I love Hilton properties. This is not one of the better ones. Although it looked like most of the rooms were ocean view on the website, only maybe 6 on the far back were. This is a bit further off the beach with other hotels blocking the side views. I'm glad it was with points as I can't imagine paying $650/ for this. The restaurant and tiki bar were nice as were the supplied cabanas on the beach.

We came down here to St Pete for spring break, we had reservations at the Post Card Inn. They overbooked and had no room for us even though we were prepaid in advance. Luckily Hilton was more than accommodating. A far better place. Tori at the front desk took exceptional care of everything for us. We are planning to come down again, JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE ACCOMMODATING AND SO FRIENDLY!! We will also highly recommended the Hilton. And never book at PostCard Inn again.

I stay 150+ nights per year at Hilton properties from Hamptons to LXR and this has been one of the best stays in the past few years. Hotel has a unique setup, direct to the beach but with a hammock and volleyball area, beach bar with great layout, then a decent sized pool with a green space. Beach is clean and wide, sunsets fantastic, and your stay includes beach cabanas or umbrellas and chairs. Food at the onsite restaurant and down at the beach bar was good and reasonable for its location and being directly in the hotel. As someone else commented, the DJ at Coconut Charlie's kept a great atmosphere through the day and at night, they have some decent talent playing live. What really sets the hotel apart though is the fantastic staff. Front desk, housekeeping, pool attendant, and the beach bar staff are very friendly and have great advice for things to do in the area. Cassandra put together a birthday card and cake for my daughter, which was much appreciated. Alex and Tori at the front desk were very helpful. Our kids loved the place and we will definitely be back!

I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. The service at the front desk…terrible and disrespectful. Then management lies for the employees to corporate in attempt to cover it up. They dole out points to fix the problems. This was my first bad experience with Hilton brands and recently had another which means I’ll stick with Westin or anywhere other than a Hilton Hotel. We were told we were upgraded with a fine parking lot view. A joke. The beach view is non existent. There are much better choices at St Pete chose wisely. The beds are comfortable if you get past the rude little girls at the desk.
