The Beach House Suites are our favorite vacation in Florida. The accommodations are super as well as the amenities. The suites are right on the gulf. Reasonably priced. Excellent staff. Really make you feel welcome. Best spot to vacation in Florida

We love staying at the Beach Suites. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. On occasion we have run into an issue and the staff can pride themselves on correcting any issue you might have as well as compensating you in some thoughtful way. We especially enjoy the beach service from set up, to reserving our space, and to the cocktail runner. The suites are a nice size and the staff act on any request that you have. We also Iike to reserve a suite with two bathrooms which makes getting ready so much easier. We are from NYS and have stayed at the Beach Suites 4 times and we plan to return within the next year. We highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time at the Beach House Suites. The service provided by Fabian and Alex was top notch! The suite was spacious and comfortable for a family of four, and the views were spectacular. All the comforts of home, and we stepped out our door right onto the beach....what could be better??

We are just returning to the UK after a 2 week visit. I have given four stars as the rooms badly require renovating which we were informed should hopefully take place this year. The rest of our stay was excellent, the shuttle was great and using both resorts (Don) made for a great vacation. All staff that we met were extremely courteous and polite especially young Anthony on reception. He is a real gem and will go far if he stays within the hospitality industry.

We had a great time at the Beach House Suites. It's not our first time staying but I can't overstate what an impact convenience makes. From the moment we arrived on shore, Fabian was ready to get our familiar situated with towels and chairs. Fabian stayed on top of the shade for our babies, which brought us so much relaxation! All in all, a great stay!

Super Lage, direkt am Strand, Zimmer sauber und schön, grosszügig, Balkon mit Teilmeersicht. Personal super freundlich, va Fabian der Strandguy (extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich). Pluspunkt, gratis Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer und Lobby

AWESOME! The room was great, The service was great! Fabian is THE best! He made sure our spot was secure at the beach! We loved the location, being able to go to the big hotel and the shuttle. Awesome stay. I didn't like the bedroom was right by the outside hallway, not sure if all the rooms are like this but check if that might be an issue. We slept fine and it was not an issue. I did see ant in the shower but not outside the shower. Overall we will be BACK!

Great rooms, great resort, beautiful beach! Staff is courteous and helpful, the free shuttle connects you to ‘The Don’, local restaurants, and most importantly back to the resort when you’re ready - making driving and Ubers unnecessary! Fabian and Alex provide EXCEPTIONAL service managing the umbrellas and beach-beds. They met every need, even checking in throughout the day to make adjustments as the sun moves across the sky! All while the Sand Dollar Bar staff battle the sun and sand to make sure you are perfectly hydrated while soaking in the sun. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the resort, every need was met from top to bottom. We will definitely be going back!

Had our first visit at the Beach House Suites and won't be our last. Loved the laid back, quiet vibe. Beach was absolutely beautiful. Chairs always available at both beach and pool. Lawn games kept our teenagers busy. Easy walk to the Don Cesar to get a coffee, ice-cream, dinner or paddle boards & kayaks. Shopped at Publix to stock up on breakfast/lunch items to utilize the suite amenities (fridge, toaster, keurig, microwave) . Many thanks to Anthony & Charlie at the front desk for helping us getting in our room a bit earlier and a later check out. Alex was amazing- always available to set up our chairs on the beach. Justin was so friendly and the shuttle van was a definite perk. We can't wait to get back!!
