Premier Inn Guernsey St Peter Port (Admiral Park)

Basic hotel which was all we needed but breakfast was a disappoin**ent, long waits for rubbery baked eggs and never had everything cooked available at the same time. I don't enjoy eating in shifts. According to other guests we were lucky not to have booked dinner.

The same set up as the other Premier Inn i’ve been too. But, all windows sealed still. Make it impossible to get fresh air from outside for a bit. I’m sire someone mentioned about this before. Receptionist is not welcoming at all except maybe 1 day during our stay. Staff moving like robot and zombies.

Not enough coffee pods in the upgraded room and the coffee machine leaked but cleared up and emptied in between drinks other than that usual premier inn - good bed - clean - could do with a better standard hairdryer - all good

Stayed here for 3 nights - and as the other reviews mention - understaffed and some of the staff were quite rude. Breakfast was dreadful- paid £9.99 - nothing ready cooked and they weren’t busy - waited half an hour and the girl serving had no sense of urgency!! I have stayed in many premier inns and this was one of the worst for service.

It has been an absolute pleaseure staying with the team here while on the Island for buisness. Despite being extremely busy at the start of the week Stacey and her team offered a great service and maintained a sense of humour throughout the evening service. Dean (front of house) and Paulina (housekeeping) stepped in off shift to help out when the reseraunt was at its busiest and the whole team worked together to keep the resteraunt and guests well attended to. This was the definition of teamwork and profesionalism, it has not gone unnoticed and should be commended!! Thank you all for a great stay and looking after me so well, I am looking forward to a return visit later in the year.

Room furniture broken, hot food served cold with parts of the meal still frozen, restaurant service very slow and the staff do not appear to care/be engaged at all. Unfortunately I have to come back the following week as I booked for 2 weeks that is un-refundable, not making that mistake again...

Overall fantastic. Breakfast was great everyday, different options some days but that was fine. Room (and whole hotel) was very clean and car parking was perfect and very accessible. There is a supermarket a 1 min walk away which was perfect. shouldn’t not be advertised as a power shower in room as it was definitely not.

Looking for cheap extra night just wanted a quiet good nights sleep in a quiet accessible room unfortunately we were next to staff rooms and a building site plus lots of missing things and not for the advertised £43/50 per night but £99! Wouldn't return for distance to parking & lack of it. Very clinical & overpriced

Very easy to check in and out. Impressed with having the option for cafinated and de cafinated coffee. Clean room with extra pillows, a hairdryer, fresh towels and toiletries. The continental breakfast was feesh and have a lovely variety of toasts and pastries and fruit. Would stay here again.
