Lovely hotel in a delightful setting. We had a suite which was beautiful ,though just a couple of points :- we had no less than four balconies as we were in a corner of the building, but none of them was big enough for two chairs .We did manage to squeeze two seats on there and were literally sitting with knees touching ,having wriggled out of the balcony doors sideways first ! That seems crazy as the suite was obviously meant for two people, though obviously nothing can be done about that. Two other small ******* - no full-length mirror and fresh milk in the fridge would have been nice instead of UHT in sachets. The food was very good, especially at breakfast -lovely smiley waitress Pamela brightened our morning and Sara was absolutely exceptional at breakfast and dinner - friendly ,so helpful and always busy.Nothing was too much trouble for her - she is a real asset to the hotel. We ate in the Victor Hugo restaurant twice. The food was very good and the service was excellent, but with only three tables occupied, there was no a**osphere. We chose the Terrace on the other two evenings and that was a little livelier . We would certainly stay here again - we enjoyed our break and the weather was fabulous!
