Sehr angenehmes, zentrales Hotel mit eigenem Restaurant. Hafen, Busbahnhof usw. sehr schnell zu erreichen. Saubere, komfortable Zimmer mit großem Bad (Dusche). Housekeeping durch Sujith hervorragend und flexibel, immer alles picobello aufgeräumt und nachgefüllt. Ganz speziellen Dank auch an die Dame an der Rezeption für die hilfsbereite Unterstützung bei der Suche nach dem im Transferbus vergessenen Rucksack.

The Duke of Normandie was perfect for my trip - in town but just off the main shopping area and close to bus routes. Very comfortable and clean room, great food in the restaurant, breakfast (always important in my opinion) was excellent and freshly cooked. A perfect base for visiting friends and family.

Hôtel très bien situé à Guernesey, pas loin de l'embarcadère et du centre. Nous avions un appartement en duplex juste à côté de l'hôtel avec sa propre entrée. Il était très bien aménagé avec un living-room très spacieux et un coin cuisine très bien équipé. Très belle décoration. La chambre un peu petite ( beaucoup de meubles) mais très bonne literie. La rue de l'hôtel est très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour car c'était très facile de se déplacer grâce à l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

We arrived after 10pm thanks to ferry cancellations and were met by Gerry who promptly made us feel welcome after our 12 hour trip. Our room (No 51) was very clean and well kept, the facilities were very good and the room (especially the bathroom) was warm and cozy. All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Gerry who continued to be engaging and friendly every evening behind the bar whilst we were at dinner over the next three nights. The meals we had on site were extremely tasty and good value for money with lots of choice, including vegetarian options. We highly recommend this hotel, and this would be our choice again next time in Guernsey.

Very central with excellent staff an in-house pub and as we had the cottage a wonderful spacious lodging experience. The town is hilly and full of interesting places to discover. Take a landrover tour when there is no cruise ship in town to experience Guernsey at its best

As a solo traveller for business I would not stay anywhere else in Guernsey. From the minute I arrive I am made to feel super welcomed by all of the team. They are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are always comfortable and clean and everything you would need especially for a business trip as the hotel is very central with good on site free parking. The food is fabulous and the atmosphere is second to none. Can't wait to go back again. Thanks again to John( manager), Jerry and the rest of your fabulous staff xx
