Terrible customer service, they will not accommodate for you if your travel arrangements are disrupted. In my case the ferry was moved at short notice to the following morning.
I was not offered a move in the date of stay or a refund.

Room is always good and clean the only thing the room was very cold and not heating was on when I arrived at the room .
I suggest before your guests arrive to make sure the room it's nice and warm as feel welcoming especially in the winter.
Saying that everything else was good.

Having read some of the reviews over the past year, it made me reassess my review. Warmly welcomed. Room at back was quiet and yes there was an extractor from the kitchen which wasn’t noisy, not on all night but you would smell the cooking albeit not strongly. Yes people did talk loudly when returning to their rooms but that is not the fault of the hotel just a lack of consideration by some guests. Road noise? Not aware as the speed limit and narrow roads keeps down the speeders. Room was very comfortable and towel rail constantly hot but was soon turned off after we mentioned it. Breakfast superb. Staff especially Hannah, Nico and Alex great. Prices very reasonable in bar and restaurant while food quality is great. It is a 20 minute slow walk into the main town-no problem with footpaths or traffic. Would we return again? Yes and without hesitation

L'hotel est très agréable et bien équipé, Piscine salle de sport sauna hamam, il dispose d'un parc et de plusieur salon. La restauration est très bonne et le petit déjeuné expeptionnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est attentionné. Bien que l'hotel soit proche du centre un véhicule est souhaitable.

Brilliant hotel. Staff polite and helpful. Room was big enough and bed was super comfy and with balcony overlooking garden. Breakfast is from a set menu as is evening meal The steak and ale pie is recommended. Bar prices reasonable. Close enough to walk into St Peters Port. Bus stop right outside 41 or 42 will take you to terminus or a trip round North of island. Flat rate of £1.50 no matter distance. CASH NO ACCEPTED! Would I stay again....Yes

This is a very good hotel. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good quality. It is well located, and easy to walk to all the sights in St Peter Port. Overall the experience is very good value for money.

Staff were very attentive and polite. Health suite was great, quiet and relaxing. The bedroom was large with a balcony but the room needs some TLC. Tears in the carpet and paint peeling from a wall. Our one serious issue was the food. Very below standard for a hotel of this grading. The evening meal, although very well presented, left us feeling disappointed. I never get any joy in having to bring these issues to staff.

Overall I enjoyed my recent stay but found a couple of points at the hotel frustrating. I found the bedroom stifling hot, pretty much due to the towel rail in the bathroom which couldn’t be turned down. My main problem was with one of the staff members at breakfast on my last morning. We had previously asked for a latte instead of coffee at breakfast which had not been a problem. On the last morning we again asked for a latte, but this time was told that we would be billed separately for this as it wasn’t included, I responded that we had not had this issue any other morning and hadn’t been charged and was told that they would bill us for the previous day if that was the case! Not very professional in my opinion and all staff should be consistent with what is and what isn’t included. Enjoyed my stay but the last morning left a sour taste in my mouth.
