Полностью наплевали на наши проблемы! Лишь бы нажиться, на гостей плевать. Так вышло что нам необходимо было перенести гостевой визит в номер на следующий день. Было отправлено письмо но из за качества связи на тот момент письмо так и осталось лежать в черновике... Нам предварительно позвонить бы от туда - Да как же мы может потерять такую возможность - Номер остался чистый да ещё и денег заработали... Кого там что заботит... Договор же заключили... А человеческое оставь всяк сюда входящий!

Маленький и уютный отель, отлично за свою цену Все удобства есть (и все в рабочем состоянии), чисто, персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь Один минус-стены тонкие, по ночам можно слышать посторонние звуки как из соседних комнат, так и с улицы

Были в этой гостинице в конце июня. Выбирали по близости к мед.центру, который нам был нужен. Удобное расположение: рядом набережная и много хороших мест, где можно вкусно перекусить. Сама гостиница очень милая. Интересный дизайн холла. Приветливые, дружелюбные администраторы. Большой номер с хорошим неуставшим ремонтом. В номере кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, фен, посуда. Утюг и гладилка по запросу. Всё очень аккуратно, чисто, максимально комфортно. Впечатление отличное осталось от пребывания)

Приезжала в гости к друзьям, но ночевать хотела в отеле. Для такой задачи очень хорошее место. Рядом есть Таврический сад в котором можно утром побегать. Мест для завтрака прям рядом не нашла, но в радиусе 15 мин ходьбы можно найти. Милый персонал, тапочки, халатик, свежий ремонт, хороший фен. Единственное, окно моего номера выходилось к подъезду и ко мне проникал дым от сигарет и если люди разговаривали - было слышно и мешало. В остальном очень даже хорошо.
