Как тут уже писали, фото номера хорошо отредактированы в редакторе, по факту это предбанник с мебелью и кроватью. Кафельный пол, что в "промывочной", что в номере, небольшой коврик посередине. Запах общественной бани, сперва слабый, при включённой сауне превратился в запах натуральной канализации. В предыдущих трёх отелях по Ленобласти сауна вкусно пахла нагретым деревом и о её наличии невозможно было догадаться, пока в неё не зайдешь. Не уехали только потому, что муж в кафе уже пил алкоголь и не хотелось портить "романтические выходные". Чуть спас вылитый флакон ароматизатора, получасовое проветривание и бутылка шампанского(. Кровать также не оставила шанса выспаться. Из плюсов: вежливость персонала, это центр города и кафе, в котором проходят завтраки.

Останавливались в этом отеле на три дня. Выбрали его исключительно из-за наличия в номере (категория люкс-шале) собственного небольшого бассейна и сауны. То, ради чего выбирали, ожидания полностью оправдало - сауна неплохая (сотрудники отеля включали ее по предварительному звонку, что весьма удобно), бассейн вполне нормального размера и глубины, температура воды вполне комфортная, детям нравилось там беситься. Понравилось также отношение персонала при заселении. Завтраки проходят в ресторане, расположенном в 2 минутах ходьбы, довольно вкусные. Расположение отеля неплохое - недалеко метро Лиговский проспект. На этом плюсы отеля, наверное, заканчиваются. Например, не понравилось оснащение номера (люкса), утюгом советских времен испортили вещи… При бронировании надо учитывать, что отель расположен в одном здании с банным комплексом. То, ради чего выбрали этот отель (сауна и бассейн в номере), получили, но больше в нем останавливаться не будем.
