很古老的建築，很舒適的房間，很乾凈的床鋪，陪伴我度過了完美的四天。前台非常可愛，公共廚房有冰箱，可以自己燒水。

這個酒店優點是地理位置好，近涅瓦大街冬宮及一些有名的景點，但這個酒店有一個品德非常壞的前台女服務員，是我在俄羅斯旅遊40多天遇見品德最差的一個，首先是我在攜程上訂的房是有桌和椅的雙人標間房，但她卻給我一間無桌椅非常小的房間，當問為什麼給我不跟攜程上我訂的房間一樣時，她據然撒謊説攜程上提供的照片是假的，沒有這種房子，但我第二天發現酒店的房子基本上都是有桌椅比我住的房間大的是標間，當向攜程反饋後她才説要給我調有桌椅的房。第二次入住時她又給我住靠街很吵的一面，當要求住安靜一面時她説沒有，又衹給我看那間無桌椅的小房。可第二天換了另一個服務員時，馬上就給我調換安靜的雙人房了，可想而知這*****有多差！！！不明白這種人怎麼會在這裏當服務員，我很生氣，也警告她不要再搞欺騙！
在整個俄羅斯旅遊從貝加爾，莫斯科，聖彼得堡，訂的俄羅斯酒店服務前台都很友好，有什麼要求他們都儘量滿足，而且提供最好的房給遊客，服務非常好，衹有這個***，讓我倒胃！最主要是她搞欺騙！！最後一張照片是那個歲數不大*******。

非常好！有一個公用的廚房。可以學習。我在這兒住的很好。收拾的阿姨也非常棒！每天都會主動打掃房間。公用廚房乾淨整潔。

整體還可以，每天都有人打掃衞生，但是衞生間設施感覺有點簡陋，沒有一次性衞生用品，沒有空調（彼得堡應該也不需要空調）
但是大概是市中心的位置，去一些景點比較方便，周圍也有個大的商場和地鐵站，出行比較方便。
