Hello everyone, I will be extremely brief and to the point. The hotel is clean, good location. Kind doorman, will always help with bags. Few people, or rather I didn’t see them when I lived. The rooms have a smart home system. Good bed and comfortable pillows. Pleasant smell in the corridors.

I remember the hotel primarily for its pomp and friendliness. Exquisite interior in Baroque and Renaissance style, a comfortable foyer with a huge chandelier and comfortable sofas (in the evenings they play the harp), beautiful corridors, very clean and bright rooms. The rooms have personal hygiene and daily necessities. The hotel's main restaurant is small but nice and does not have a bad breakfast. We even celebrated New Year's Eve here (they presented a great program and the food was delicious). The reception staff are very responsive and smiling. The location is also very good. In addition, the hotel provides a free transfer and visit to the Hermitage Museum (5 minutes' drive). In other words, this pompous hotel is suitable for people who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy beauty. The hotel is simply gorgeous. Very beautiful interiors. We were from January 4 to 7, the hotel was very beautifully decorated for the New Year. The rooms feel like they have just been renovated. Everything is clean and beautiful. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream from Loccitane, I love this company! I only saw cosmetics from this company in the hotel in the Rixos chain. A toilet with a bidet seat, which is also heated. I really liked it. Warm floors in the shower. Despite the frost outside -24, the room was quite warm. The staff is very responsive, friendly, helpful. We didn't like the view from our room and asked to see other available rooms of this category. Without any problems, they changed our room to a higher category, which we liked better. No extra charges. As an apology for the inconvenience. 2 hours of spa are included in the room rate free of charge. It’s very convenient that the spa is booked only for you, you are there alone! The hammam and bath are excellent, everything is clean. The pool is not deep, the interior of the spa is in Gzhel style, very beautiful. There is a rest room. Breakfast is a bit expensive of course, the buffet system is 3tr per person, but you can also order from the menu. But there are a lot of different delicious cafes around the hotel, we went there for breakfast. The hotel runs a free shuttle to the Hermitage Museum. And you are taken into the museum without queues through the director’s entrance. Deposit 10TR per room, refunded automatically within 1 hour after check-out. Overall the hotel is very cool at a low price. We will definitely stay here again.

Stunning hotel with beautiful interior. Very clean, comfortable room and all the amenities were thought out just perfectly. Luxurious breakfast in a wonderful room. Responsive and very hospitable staff. Excellent location in a very quiet area.
