完全不敢想象這樣的酒店是5星級的，我週五入住，前台告訴我週末酒店是不開空調的，到週一推脱説空調壞了在修，然後前台服務人員會用很傲慢的語氣來反問客人“你希望怎麼樣？”不知道從哪來的勇氣體現出俄式的自大！房間的Wi-Fi不工作，居然讓客人先檢查一下自己的設備。房門經常無法用房卡打開……太多太多的不愉快，一個完全沒有服務意識的老舊酒店，絕對不會被現在的國人接受的！！！

風個特別且舒適，喜歡豐富色彩的可以試試，前台英語很好，細心體貼，禮貌滿分💯，早餐挺豐富的，環境安靜，地理位置方便，在以撒教堂旁邊。

房間很乾凈，冬天來的暖氣也開得很足
碰到的所有服務人員都很友好，英文溝通也沒什麼問題
酒店位置也算方便，去到景點的都可以步行，打車也很方便

這個酒店位置離聖以撒大教堂比較近，去東宮也可以步行到達，酒店房間以綠色為主，設施齊全，衞生也很乾凈，進門服務人員會幫你運行李箱，前台會英語，比較熱情，早餐是很豐富，還有香檳，酒店位置靠近河邊，整體印象這家酒店5星好評，下次還回來的。
