Заселили в угловой номер, грязь, кондиционер не работает, телевизор весит на соплях, тоже не работает, душевая кабина не отрегулирована, кран течёт. Питание как на вокзале в контейнерах, хотя на вокзале лучше стали кормить. Слышимость ужасная, слышу соседа как он ходит в унитаз и храпит. После того как я предложил мне сменить номер мне за 1000р нашли номер. Номер был получше предыдущего, тоже со своими не достатками, кондиционер работал, но не выключался🤦мастера вызвали, кондиционер отключили, дожил в этом номере, перестал реагировать на все нюансы отвратительные. Белье и полотенце меняли по требованию , мусор из номера также не выносили каждый день.За 4500 этого не стоит, причем в майские праздники мне сказали на ресепшене, что номер будет стоить 6400🤣Удобно только место по логистике, больше плюсов я не обнаружил, данную гостиницу не советую.

Perfect location in St Petersburg, close to Nevsky Prospect and the Hermitage etc. Staff were very helpful but they don’t provide a hotel registration unless you stay for a week, this will be an issue for most foreigners and travellers. Our room was good but small but the location makes up for this. The street the hotel is on has many bars and restaurants and it was good value. If you don’t need a registration, it’s a very good option.

Номер небольшой. В номере не предоставляют ничего- ни тапочки, ни зубную щётку, пасту, станок. За питьевой водой можно сходить к кулеру, который стоит на этаже. Расположение хорошее, обслуживания нет

На ресепшен два, по внешнему виду, бомжа. В номере белье стираное, но от времени грязное, пятна не отстирываются уже. Из душевой вода протекает в прихожую на ковролин, поэтому плинтуса вздутые. Стены грязные. Отвратительно!
