Very helpful staff. Highly recommend. We chose this hotel for its perfect situation in the town. Very flexible in this time of pandemic. Do not hesitate to book here. For sure we will book again there if we travel to st Peterbourg.

Отдыхали семьей:2 взрослых и 2 ребенка.4ночи -76000 с завтраками.Уборка не проводилась,не смотря на наши пожелания,в номере старая мебель,вместо заявленного дивана,на котором должны были дети спать-сломанная перемотанная скотчем раскладушка. Итог-на всю семью одна двуспальная кровать с простынями меньшего размера.В первый день просто отказали в предоставлении нормального спального места или другого номера,на следующий день в ответ на наши категорические возражения после бессонной ночи-(кульминация!) нам в малюсенький номер впихнули еще одну дряхлую раскладушку!!!!слов нет,одни огорчения((( завтраки испортились однообразные и невкусные. И о да вид из окна на стену дома:((

В марте 2023 мы приехали в отель раньше полудня, нас сразу заселили. Очень понравилось шикарное расположение в историческом центре Петербурга. Номер отличный: уютный, всё необходимое в наличии, персонал приветливый, незамедлительно реагировали на все просьбы. Ежедневно проводилась качественная уборка номера. В ресторане вкусные завтраки и вкуснейший кофе. Спасибо отелю. Будем рекомендовать всем и сами приедем обязательно снова. До встречи!

Отель хороший. Но, мы не смогли в нем отдохнуть, так как по потолку бегали шальные дети и утром и днём и вечером и ночью. Нам сообщили, что на втором этаже какой-то детский сад и дети там бегают постоянно. После многочисленных просьб - менеджерам отеля удалось связаться с воспитателями и успокоить детей… но через какое-то время они начали бегать опять. Поэтому, если вы планировали в отеле отдыхать - вам точно не сюда: уснуть не сможете, днём не отдохнёте - по голове бьет шум пяток детей как отбивной молоток. А две звёзды ставлю потому что сам отель неплохой, но этот шум - нас убил. Переселить в другой номер нам отказали, сообщив, что этот шум от детского сада - слышен во всем отеле.
