房間很小，衞生間更小，一個人在裏面都轉不開身。我們定的是雙床房，結果給一個大床房，説我們自己沒有備註清楚，早餐衹給了一份冰冰涼的，看了一點胃口都沒有，儘管已經一天沒有吃飯了。果斷要求把第二天的早餐也不要送了。酒店太垃圾了，唯一的優點就是離火車站近，走路2分鐘。

Совершенное не соответствие цена:качество. В период повышенного спроса подняли цены - допустимо, но при этом остаться "колхозом" не допустимо. 1. Заселение было в час ночи. С выбором завтрака мне отказали (за меня его администратор выбрала сама). С подачей в 7:00 утра тоже отказали. В 8:00 я покидала отель, завтрак ранее 8:10 невозможен. На следующие сутки иной администратор даже не затруднила себя выбором завтрака за меня. В описании отеля на booking я не нашла требование к необходимости заказа завтрака до 18:00 накануне. Можно было бы поделиться такими подробностями при бронировании. 2. Отказа в утюге и гладильной доске не было, но их качество и чистота не позволило мне рисковать ими гладить одежду. 3. Неудобные матрасы. 4. Духота в номере, вентилятор вместо кондиционера спасает первые минут 30, потом шум и поток тёплого воздуха. ( Коллеге в соседнем номере вентилятор не достался) 5. Горячая вода в душе так и не появилась. Тепленькая хорошо взбодрила. 6. Новый, чистый отель. Так и не поняла откуда запах. 7. Видимо столько раз администраторы выслушивали претензии, что не успев услышать вопрос до конца, огрызаются в ответ. ( - Где я могу погладить? Ответ: У нас нет в номере утюга, что Вы хотите от 3х звёздочного отеля?. - Где я могу купить ... Ответ: час ночи, все закрыто.) 8. Шкаф не позволит повесить длинные вещи в полную длину. Из плюсов: Отличный фен. Огромное количество полотенец. Чисто. Отдых в командировке у вас не возможен. Более останавливаться у вас не планирую.
