Забронировали комфортный номер на 2-х, за 10 дней до приезда. На почту пришло подтверждение брони и напоминание о заезде. В итоге, приезжаем в гостиница, администратор с круглыми глазами сообщает, что свободных номеров нет! Если убрать эмоции, усталость и любовь к Питеру, остаётся только непонимание и халатность к работе. Перед заездом заранее нужно видимо 5 раз звонить в отель и говорил о своём приезде 🤷♀️. В итоге мы ещё 2 часа бегали в поисках жилья🤦♀️
