Large spacious room, good lighting, comfortable mattress. In general, everything is very clean, there are some minor shortcomings, as in most hotels. The fact that slippers are given out at the reception is a little strange, but we will assume that this is a concern for nature =)

There is a lot of dust; the aunt is above the bed, my friend was very scared at night, the beds are high and ugly, instead of the safe and Alice’s speaker they installed a microwave, everyone is very angry, I won’t come here again, I’m allergic to dust, I didn’t take my medicine, I had to go to the pharmacy and again waste money because of dirt

A big plus is the location of the hotel, all city attractions are within 10-15 minutes on foot. The "bridge" restaurant, where breakfast is held, pleases with its capacity; breakfasts are not very varied, but no one will remain hungry, it is tasty and familiar. We were unlucky with the room and its service. Be prepared for the fact that when you check into room 202 you will have: a non-working socket near the mirror, a leaking shower, bed linen changed once every four days for even more stained ones, they will take your towels and will not give you replacement ones until you ask, call an electrician twice will not help you, you will catch someone’s long black hair on your socks, despite the fact that you are blond, but the most shameful thing is the rudeness of the staff, not all of them, of course, but there are those who were not explained how to work with people, and in response to your complaint they will simply put a “bad face” on a bad game. We are waiting for a response to the written complaint.

We booked a hotel to celebrate my birthday, chose it based on reviews and number of stars. We specially took a flight to coincide with check-in time - we arrived at the hotel at 13:50. Employee Alexandra said that the room was not ready yet and would have to wait. After waiting for half an hour and not waiting for me to be called, I came up myself and finally received the treasured keys to the room. When I went there, I was shocked - the room, which had been cleaned for forty minutes, turned out to be not cleaned AT ALL!!! Scattered slippers, dirty towels, used toothbrushes, open bathroom accessories, DIRTY TOILET!!!, a full trash can! And THIS is what I waited forty minutes, having been on the road for 24 hours! I contacted the reception, they shook their head and told me to WAIT MORE! No apology, no compliment, nothing!!! As a result, we waited another forty minutes until our room was changed. In addition, there was not a single water cooler downstairs; people from the road wait for half an hour without even a chance to freshen up! The next day the room was not cleaned until she came up and asked. The impression of the hotel has not changed in three days. The location and breakfast are at the same level, the attitude and work of the employees do not even deserve one star. We won't come back here again. Great hotel, I liked everything! We were pleasantly surprised when upon check-in we were given a premium room instead of a standard one. I was also very pleased when they gave me a gift for my birthday)) Thank you very much, I want to come back again!

Ресторан еле дотянул до среднего качества, уборка просто ужасная, пришли выкинули мусор и ушли, не подмели, не пропылесосили. Кроме айрохокея особо ничего нету, и даже он слабого качества, с учетом того что что за пять игр мы отживали около 400 рублей, нормального входа с нашей стороны отеля на заднюю часть отеля нету, кондиционер работал ужасно, выставили на 21 градус, было 27 градусов!!!был фитнес зал, но на ресепшене сказали что только с 18 лет и с сопровождения взрослых.

невероятно красивый отель, расположение на 5+, всё в пешей доступности. очень приветливый персонал. при моём заселении повысили мне категорию номера бесплатно)) что уже раздобрило мою душу. а после того как я зашла в номер, я просто растаяла. невероятно чистый и светлый номер. кровать как у королевы, матрас сантиметров 30-40 толщиной! всё белое, выглаженное. ванна в чистоте, всё необходимое (шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, зубная щетка, ватные диски) имеется. и гладильная доска с утюгом!!! что особо порадовало. кроме этого был свой личный чайник) кофе/чай/сахар/вода пополнялись ежедневно. плюс в номере есть телевизор. сама при планировании командировки долго читала отзывы на разные отели, поэтому хочу оставить свой, чтобы другим было проще сделать выбор. этот отель в самое сердце. в следующий раз обязательно поеду именно туда. большое спасибо за такой профессионализм!!!

Хороший отель, недалеко от центра города, приятный интерьер, обстановка, магазины и транспорт в шаговой доступности. Были 14-16 октября, чистые и уютные номера, правда мансардные окна не дают насладиться видом:) Доброжелательный персонал, всегда улыбчивый. Очень вкусный завтрак - шведский стол, хороший выбор и по выходным с 7 до 11 - можно выспаться).Очень удобно, что есть услуга хранения багажа, можно забрать в любое удобное время. Для маленьких, неспешных поездок в паре или семьей - один из лучших вариантов размещения.
