Приятно встретили на стойке, пока заселяли предложили выпить шампанское 🥂 Рассказали об отеле и ресторане. У нас был самый обычный номер Делюкс стандарт, были приятно удивлены дизайном номера , было приятно находиться в нем. Вечером сходили на тематический ужин с живой музыкой (саксофон) С утра позавтракали, приятная обстановка. Советую

We vacationed with our family in August, stayed for 5 nights, took a family room, everything was excellent, from the location to the staff. The only negative is the mattresses were already sagging and the sound insulation was not very good. Breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly.

Останавливались в данном отеле на несколько дней. Из номера пропали шорты! Руководство отеля сказали, что попробуют найти, но в итоге неуспешно. При выезде на ресепшене был мужчина, который даже не извинился за данный случай. Поэтому советую не брать особо ценные вещи или убирать их подальше в сейф Сервис: иногда не докладывали полотенца, не было пасты в зубном наборе. весь персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный (не считая извинений за потерянную вещь) Еда: в целом неплохая, но к некоторым позициям были вопросы. Например, к оладушкам на завтрак Расположению действительно хорошее, отель сам по себе тоже

Самый замечательный отель с отличным сервисом. Вкуснейшие завтраки(Обязательно попробуйте сырники) с Итальянским игристым. Весь персонал очень внимательный, душевный и просто отличный. Попробуйте обязательно кофе в шикарной кофейне

Доброе утро, Господа. Куда мы катимся? Или к дешевым ресторанам, где стоит «Резерв», чтобы показать, что все места заняты, или к дешевому турецкому пляжу, где посетители оставляют полотенца, чтобы это место никто не занял? Мы неоднократно посещали этот отель и у нас есть любимое место для завтрака за красивой занавеской. Сегодня пришли на завтрак и увидели, что такие столики зарезервированы. Мы обратились к администратору Андрею за объяснениями. Он сказал, что резервация это его инициатива для больших компаний или семей с детьми. В том время в общем зале все большие столики зарезервированы не были. На просьбу прокомментировать ситуацию, был получен ответ, в раздраженной, не очень правильной для сотрудника форме. Жаль, конечно, что отель так быстро падает. Для отеля такого уровня это недопустимо.

Хорошая локация. Большие номера. Приятное постельное белье и полотенца. Более менее современный стиль номеров. Ужасные завтраки. Жирная, невкусная, неинтересная еда, просто столовка какая-то. Напитки официанты не приносят. Странная уборка номеров. Посуду ославляют грязной, с остатками еды. Не стоит своих денег совсем.
