Хороший отель, расположение супер, внутри очень тихо, снаружи сразу Невский )) Чисто. Комнаты маленькие. Матрасы...ну такое, жить будете. Завтрак божественный, рекомендую брать. Бар в наш заезд был закрыт, увы. Самое сложное - это добраться до отеля, потому что он во дворах, за парой поворотов. Но навигатор спасает, а после первого раза все легко. Подарок ребенку - мишка - было очень приятно получить.

Couldn't be better placed, right in the very heart of St Petersburg in a lovely quiet courtyard. Young, professional, and very welcoming staff happy to help. Decent sized rooms, nice clientele too who always say good morning so it felt just nice and homely. Loved breakfast here, big choice in the small dining room, especially loved their beautiful cakes! normally I wouldn't have cake for breakfast but well we were on holiday. Was a lovely place to stay.

Время пребывания 15.04.2023 – 17.04.2023. Отель находится в шаговой доступность от всего, что хочется посетить в Санкт-Петербурге. Передвигались практически все время пешком. До музея А.Ахматовой – 15 мин, до Мариинского театра – 30 мин, до Казанского собора – 5 мин, до Невского проспекта – 2 мин и т.д. В номерах чисто, уборка – на 5, персонал вежливый, внимательный. Приехали раньше времени заселения, через 15 минут после приезда дали номер. Номер был небольшой, но грамотно обставленный. В номере все, что необходимо для проживания в течение 2-х дней. Вид из номера во двор-колодец, что тоже придавало атмосферы причастности к городу. Завтраки порадовали качеством и разнообразием. В день рождения жены приятным сюрпризом было поздравление от администрации отеля и подарок, бутылка итальянского брюта. После выселения оставили вещи в камере хранения на полдня (было время до отъезда). В целом – впечатление от отеля прекрасное! Ожидания оправдались. Рекомендуем!

Останавливался в данном отеле в январе 2023 года.Расположение удобное. Хороший шведский стол.Вход с переулка по звонку от железных ворот. В номере было прохладно, маленькая батарея не вывозила. Нет сейфа, настенных часов, настольной лампы.

Я до недавнего времени был постоянным клиентом данного отеля, последний раз останавливался в нем в сентябре 2022 года. Кроме невкусной каши на завтрак и работы горничных( один раз забыли убрать номер и один раз не положили чайный набор за 7 суток) В октябре снова собрался в этом отеле остановится и спросил у менеджера по бронированию Елизаветы Б будут ли в связи с окончанием высокого сезона скидки но номера. Получил отписку

В этом отеле мы останавливались на 5 ночей. Очень понравилось расположение. Все близко, не нужно пользоваться транспортом. В номере было все необходимое - кондиционер, холодильник, чайник, все туалетные принадлежности, включая зубные щетки и пасту. Халат и тапочки. Убирались каждый день и возобновляли все использованное. Бутылочки с водой только при въезде, далее можно пользоваться кулером на этаже. Есть шикарная гладильная комната аж с двумя досками и утюгами, с отпаривателем, марлей. Завтраки очень хорошие. Кофемашина и кофе вкусный. Каждый день на завтрак пироженки из "Севера". Шустрый WiFi. При следующей поездке в Питер только сюда.
