Superior Deluxe room was too basic, quite small and rather cold in the evening and at night. The view on St. Isaac’s Cathedral was stunning. There’s a small indoor swimming pool and a sauna in the hotel.

Ranking this hotel at 5 stars only, everything from the beginning to the end was just perfect, but the most amazing here is their staff, I haven’t seen that guest treatment anywhere I’ve ever been visiting. Service is 11 out of 10, and maybe rooms are not the fanciest on the market, but their price is adjusted accordingly, so you get the best for what you pay. I’ve even asked their staff names, so I can be more appreciative to them, so now I know all of them and they know me by my name even if I stay there once a year:) special gratitude I want to express towards their team leader Varvara, who is highly skilled professional that is very rare on the market nowadays, she solved so many of my problems, even helped me with my personal problems by giving advice where to go and what to by for my friends birthday, she helped me to order flowers for my friends and you will never get that kind of serve in any 4 stars hotel, anywhere in the world. So now, no other hotels exist for me in Saint Petersburg. Thank you guys.

The hotel does not live up to its stated status. Despite the 4 stars, prices here are slightly cheaper than in Astoria, but in Astoria it is much better and tastier. The rooms are old and quite dirty. It’s better to pay a bit more money and stay in Astoria. Very disappointing experience. There was no renovation in this hotel, all the doors were broken, the walls were shabby. So it’s better to go to Astoria!

Хотели снять номер в 2:00 ночи, но молодой человек Леонид на ресепшене предложил полулюкс за 40 000 рублей, при наличии свободных номеров подешевле, но в данный момент они были не убраны (с его слов). В смысле?! Т.е. это такое впихивание номеров за 40 тыс.рублей?! Или демонстрация, что номера не убираются до 14:00? Для такого уровня отеля я считаю это не достойно!!!! И тем самым теряете клиентов и деньги!

Отель с историей, и фантастическими расположением и видом на Исакий. Номера небольшие, но зато кровати и белье отличные. Грустный кофе в номере полностью компенсировал отличный завтрак, и обязательно сходите в кинотеатр- сиденья там странные, но весьма атмосферно и девочки администраторы были со сной весьма милы

Некрасиво себя ведут в плане еды в номере. Обычно только то что в минибаре платно, а остальное бесплатно. В итоге эти отельеры насчитали мне счет на 3000, хотя даже ценника нигде не было написано для закусок которые я ел. 🤡надеюсь хоть чай бесплатный был. Обслуживание среднее. За ту же цену я лучше в kempisnki или so пойду. Не рекомендую. Очень плохое настроение у меня после данного места.

Номер с видом на Исаакий - стоит того однозначно. Стандартные номера вполне достойные (кроме неудобной маленькой ванной), самый большой плюс - отличная шумоизоляция от соседей (не от улицы, но тут уж решайте вам вид или спать с открытым окном). Из минусов - дурацкая система оплаты завтраков, если он у вас не включен в стоимость (тогда это банальный шведский стол), а вы хотите заказать из меню - записать его на номер нельзя. Либо плати на месте, либо оставляй депозит на номере при заселении. Очень неудобно.

Отель расположен в хорошем месте, и вид из окна на Исаакиевский собор очень красивый! Но на этом все плюсы закончились! На входе в отель вам никто не поможет занести чемоданы и даже дверь не откроют, хотя люди в Холле стоят. Им просто пофиг! На ресепшене просто выдали ключи и дальше сами в номер! ))) В номере все просто, ничего лишнего вас не ждет, даже гладильной доски и утюга нет ! Позвонил попросил принести доску и утюг чтобы погладить вещи, в ответ два варианта: 1) сходить на 5 этаж и там погладиться или 2) подождать и принесут доску . Я выбрал подождать. Доску принесли и утюг тоже, на на следующий день забрали! Ну конечно все терпимо и так жить можно, но 4 звезд у этого отеля быть не должно! Но надо отметить, консьерж добросовестно работу свою делает и помог нам забронировать стол в ресторане! Завтракать в отеле мы не рискнули!

Amazing historic hotel in the heart of the city! We spend two nights in this beautiful hotel and we will be back again 100%. The location is amazing, it is situated in the heart of the city and all the sights and the best restaurants will be just a few minutes by foot. Special thanks to Margarita on reception for giving us a room with a beautiful view for our anniversary and for the free very early check-in 🙏 All the stuff was very friendly and the standarts was high. The view in the cafe on the first floor is stunning. Thanks to the hotel management for presenting us a bottle of champagne on ice with fruits, it was such a surprice and nicely. Overall great experience and certanly one of the best hotel we have ever beeb in Russia❤️ Mike and Vickey
