Отель расположен очень удобно,в самом центре, но тихий спокойный двор. Сам отель не большой, очень уютный, с шикарными лестничными маршами,именно то,что ждешь от Питера. Номер чистый, ванная идеально чистая, сантехника как зеркало) есть все необходимое. Удобная кровать. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам отеля, отношение к гостям выше всяких похвал. Сделали наш отдых замечательным. Теперь если в Питер,то к вам!

I was here for the quarter finals of the Euro 2020 tournament. The rooms are very well taken of. Quaint and modern. There is free coffee, tea and water at all times. Overall, the rooms are quite good and enjoyable. Now for the downside. There are no elevators in the building. If you have any mobility related injuries and you are on the high floors, that can be an issue. Also, only one or two of the reception staff speak relatively good English so unless you speak Russian, you will have a hard time speaking with the reception staff if you are a native English speaker. However, all reception staff are super helpful and very nice and in a worse case scenario, Google Translate comes in handy. As for the surrounding area, it is filled with amazing historical architecture, modern restaurants and many colorful stores that catch eye. Also, the area is well connected to the rest of St. Petersburg via taxi, metro, bus and ride share/taxi apps. I would definitely be staying here again. St Petersburg is an amazing city and House by Hermitage would be an excellent base of operations.

Friendly staff, clean and quite property with comfy rooms. Plenty of towels and all necessary toilettes in the room. Comp coffee / espresso / cappuccino machine, tea and water downstairs was a huge plus. Book without hesitation, incredible secure location - close to everything!

Отель чистый. Расположен в центре города, все главные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Вход в отель находится в небольшом дворике, шума улиц почти не слышно. Номера чистые, убирают каждый день. Гостям предоставляются полотенца, зубные щётки, шампуни и гели для душа. Есть сейф, фен, стаканы.

Расположение отличное: тихий спокойный двор у Невского проспекта. Рядом столовые и рестораны, весь центр в пяти шагах. Доброжелательный и вежливый персонал. Чистый номер. Отличный напор воды в ванной комнате. Бесплатная питьевая вода, чай и кофе. Вай фай отличный. Минусов нет. Благодарю вас.

Простой без пафоса , но в центре Питера! Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Шикарное расположение - в пешей доступности все достопримечательности . Рядом «шоколадница» где можно позавтракать и выпить Кофе . Отдыхали с ребёнком , поэтому брали студию . Номер небольшой , но чистый и есть все необходимое . Есть микроволновка, плита, холодильник, чайник , посуда - без сколов , даже есть бокалы для романтика . . , телевизор,… По запросу нам принесли дополнительно подушку и одеяло. Матрас конечно оставляет желать лучшего, но … не забываем что отель не 5звезд. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Полотенца и белье - чистое белоснежное ,без пятен! Сантехника блестит. Рекомендуем !!!! Однозначно вернёмся!!! Парковка есть, но мало мест .

Spent a few days here last week! Accommodating and attentive staff. Comfy room with high ceilings and large windows. All the necessary toilettes, towels and such. Complimentary coffee machine, tea and water in the lobby 24/7. Amazing location!!!
