Отель в замечательном месте в центре Петербурга, рядом с Площадью искусств. Находится на 2 этаже в старом доме, высокие потолки, номера небольшие, но все необходимое есть, на этаже есть гладильная доска. Уборка по требованию, видимо. Минусом для нас оказалась система дистанционного заселения, о которой нас не предупредили. Ресепшн работает с 9 до 21 часа, в остальное время надо писать в WhatsApp, присылают код для заселения. Но мы приехали в 22 часа, информации этой не имели, в результате в подъезд нас пустили чужие люди, на этаж в отель тоже, и ни один из указанных контактных телефонов не отвечал, 2 часа общались со службой поддержки, пока все-таки не смогли связаться с администратором отеля. Резюмирую. Отель неплохой, но необходимо предупреждать клиентов о системе заселения.

Связался по телефону указанному на официальном сайте,внес 100ю предоплату Когда приехал заселятся ,мой номер был занят, девушка на ресепшене начала ссылаться на администратора,(Надежда Игоревна Т.),с которым я договаривался в ватсапе.Но Надежда после оплаты перестала отвечать несмотря на то что была онлайн. По итогу деньги мне не вернули и не заселили.

Номер был забронирован заранее, оплачен, подтверждение в письме пришло на эл.почту, должны были приехать (поездка в Карелию) поздно в 23.00ч, заранее предупредили об этом администратора (не ночует в отеле), обещали оставить ключи в сейфе, по приезду, ключей не было, трубку не подняли, ночевали в коридоре. Утром администратор сказала, что их вины нет, надо было звонить, как я написала выше по указанному 89818431940 номеру трубку не поднимают. Не рекомендую, шарашкина контора!!!
