На сайтах бронирования отель рекламирует круглосуточную стойку регистрации, но на самом деле это ложь. После того, как "РА Кузнечный 19" взял предолату, оказалось, что заселить в полноь они не могут. Информация на сайте не явилась для них достаточным аргументом и деньги возвращать они отказались. Имейте в виду, что, здесь кидают клиентов.

Очень удобное расположение. Вокзал. Метро. Невский и Лиговский. ТК Галерея. Всё необходимое есть, для тех кто любит и ценит время. Внимательный персонал на рецепшен. Минусы это изоляция. Но, мне повезло. Было тихо. И проблема с напором воды, на 3 этаже.
