В столовой некачественные продукты . Качество номера не заслуживает 4 звëзд. Карт бланки в номерах просрочены с 2021 . Окна плохие, продувает. Некачественные двери, завышают цены на ремонт в 3 раза в сравнение с карт бланком и плохое отопление.. Ай вай

Грязно, обои рваные,тюль в дырках.Проктически везде пыль. За такие деньги номер не стоит, очень плохо! Номер желает лучшего!Больше сюда ни ногой, плюс ещё в других номерах дети и мой ребенок. В замене номера отказали!Прошу руководство, принять меры по исправлению.

Отличный отель. Соответствует цена -качество. Приятный персонал, всегда готовы помочь. Понравился спорт.комплекс, в особенности сауна. Завтрак входил в стоимость номера. Рядом с отелем красивые места для прогулок - озера.

Останавливались в гостинице в сентябре. Бронировали апартаменты, быстро заселили, пошли на встречу и отпустили нас в номер с ребенком маленьким, а муж продолжил регистрацию. Было приятно, спасибо. Замечаний нет. Все тихо и спокойно. Своя ухоженная территория. На территории есть площадки для мини-гольфа. Одним словом вернемся, нам все понравилось, особенно цена за апартаменты и предоставленный сервис

Гостиница полностью соответствует своей категории и даже чуть больше. В номере чисто, уборка каждый день. В гостинице есть бассейн и спорт комплекс, а также финская сауна и хамам. Завтрак по типу «Шведский стол» достаточно разнообразный. С завтрака голодными не уходили. Вкусный кофе и выпечка.
