房東是個很和善的老奶奶，因為我想吃辣的，還免費幫我們煮了宜賓燃麪。離涅瓦大街不遠，樓下就是公交站，還有很多小超市，走路39秒過紅綠燈就有個非常出名又便宜的麪包店！不錯！

酒店樓下就有公交車站，離地鐵站步行10多分鐘，坐一站就可以到達涅瓦大街和主要景點，打車去火車站也很近。房東人很好，早餐是熱乎乎的熱食，有家的味道，還吃到了她親手做的甜點，非常非常棒！隨時都有茶水和速溶咖啡自助。如果以後再來聖彼得堡，我一定還會選擇這裏，性價比很高，大家快來吧

Отель очень домашний. Как-будто приехал в гости к очень гостеприимной родне в другом городе) есть игрушки для детей, небольшой игровой уголок. Ребёнок сразу подружился с администратором. Комната большая, номер чистый, всё необходимое есть и бесплатно. К заседанию с детьми рекомендую.

Хороший отель за адекватную цену. Уютный чистый номер. Все необходимое есть. Удобное расположение. Московский вокзал и Невский проспект рядом. На самой улице Некрасова множество разных кафе и баров.

Всем доброго времени суток.Были три дня в отеле.Отель находиться в 15 -20 минут от Московского вокзала.Такое чувство,что гостили у родственников🤗.В отеле царит чистота и порядок.Приветливый,дружелюбный персонал.С утра кормят вкусным завтраком.(Лидия ,вкус ваших блинчиков помним до сих пор)Это повар.✌️ Знаю точно,что если еще поеду в Санкт -Петербург обязательно буду гостевать в Танаисе😉.Наталья,Диана,Виктория,Лидия спасибо Вам за Ваш труд и заботу.😘Удачи Вам и процветания😊
