La recepcionista no habla ingles, solo ruso asi que si eres extranjero sera complicada la comunicación, y tampoco tiene wifi para poder comunicarte via internet. El contrato esta en ruso y no te dan version en ingles. El lugar es lindo pero es alejado del metro, para las atracciones turisticas es más facil y cercano caminar que usar el metro. El cuarto no le funcionaba el wifi y tuve que cambiarme de habitacion en el medio de la estadia, no recibi ningun tipo de recompensa por el trastorno. Lamentable el servicio aunque la hab. es bien moderna
