К сожалению, ожидания комфорта не оправдались. Фото в разы интереснее фактического содержания. С горячей водой, проблемы. Необходимо пропускать воду в течение 15-20 мин.

Отличное месторасположение отеля, замечательный сервис ( особенно хотелось бы отметить внимание и профессионализм Анны, девушки на ресепшн). Вкусные и сытные завтраки; само здание отеля не оставит равнодушными ценителей истории. Комфортные и чистые номера. Очень рекомендую этот отель.

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи в феврале 2023 года. Двухместный номер был расположен на втором этаже с окнами во двор. Очень тихо. Номер чистый, просторный, проблем с размещением чемоданов и одежды нет. Постели с удобными матрасами и приятным бельем, туалетная комната с хорошей сантехникой. Тщательная уборка проводилась по мере необходимости по согласованию. Завтрак – шведский стол – качественный и достаточно разнообразный. Персонал вежливый и предупредительный. В отеле нет лифта, но на ресепшене предлагают помощь в подъеме багажа до номера. Рядом с отелем расположены ресторанчик и кафе с хорошей кухней. При следующем приезде в Питер остановимся в этом отеле.

Уютно, удобно, спокойно . Приветливый, внимательный, доброжелательный персонал. Симпатичные номера. Вполне комфортно. Атмосферно! Понравился завтрак и обслуживание на завтраке. Чистое белье. Хорошая уборка. Удачное расположение !

Прекрасный отель в самом центре Санкт-Петербурга в старинном особняке. Очень чисто, персонал отзывчивый, во всем помогает. А завтраки проходят в чудесном месте! Старинный зал с расписным потолком и деоевянными панелями, как в сказочном Хогвартсе. Удобно гулять пешком,все рядом
