Заселились в квартиру на невском дом 156 от компании spb2day 30.08.2022. В виду позднего времени заезда и нашей не подготовленности к такому «сервису» внесли сразу оплату не проверив спальные условия и чистоту. В квартире полная антисанитария, волосы пучками на коврах, слив в ванной грязный и засорён. Отсутствуют москитный сетки, кондиционер не обслуживался видимо никогда (включать нельзя). В одной из комнат отсутствуют шторы. Душ в ванной не крепится, мыться очень не удобно. Нет крючков для полотенец. И это все мелочи по сравнению с организацией и чистотой спальных мест!!! Матрасы настолько продавленные, что ощущение будто просто лежишь на основании кровашти и лучше не двигаться! Подушки в таком жутком состоянии,что просто страшно взять в руки, не то что на них спать! Увидев перечисленное мы решили переехать в отель. Попросили spb2day вернуть деньги, в чем нам было отказано! Никакие недочеты устранены также не были! Ужасный сервис и отношение к гостям!

отказались вернуть залог 3000 руб, не вымыта 1 тарелка и мусор не выброшен, но в питере нет мусорных ящиков все бросают на улице((((( Я так не умею. Они мне сказали, что мусорка в соседнем дворе. Капец, я чт приехал в поисках мусорки в Питер? В общем обычная нищеброская компашка, наживающаяся на 3 копейках клиента((( Не рекомндую!!!!!
