Провели праздничные выходные 2023 в этом отеле. В 12 выезд, как обычно, разрешили оставить вещи до отъезда в аэропорт, спасибо на этом. Через пару часов вернувшись, вывела ситуация из себя, когда администратор не разрешил сходить беременной девушке в туалет,на 8ом месяце беременности. Предложил зайти в ресторан в соседнем доме! Вот так относятся к своим гостям!

Давно приезжаем в этот отель. Это неплохой бюджетный вариант в центре города, расположение отличное - толстовский дом, атмосфера, до Невского 2 минуты. В отеле домашняя уютная атмосфера, он этим очень подкупает. И вот что-то случилось в этом году с сервисом. Были очень плохо отстиранные полотенца в ванной, все ветхие и серые и с пятнами, а так же текла кабина душа прилично. Стирка постельного белья тоже так себе - разводы, пятна. С этим нужно что-то делать, надеюсь, администрация обратит внимание!
