Начну с того, что холодильник в номере стоит рядом с кроватью. И шум на всю ночь гарантирован. Второе, в уборной стоит странное устройство которое очень шумит. Третье, вернувшись с ночной экскурсии ключ не работал. Вход в отель после 23:00 по нему. Четвертое, завтраки очень скудные. И нужно еще дождаться пока появиться свободный стол, чтобы позавтракать. Ну и пришлось просить, чтобы убрали посуду со стола, за предыдущими гостями. Чашки для кофе тоже пришлось просить. Уборка в номере тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Не понятно откуда столько положительных отзывов. Этот отель вообще не тянет на 4 звёзды!

Небольшой отель бутик на Васильевском острове отлично подойдёт для любой компании. Мы ездили с мужем на 14/2. Играет рояль на завтраках, богатая шведская линия Персонал на ресепшене очень приветливый и отзывчивый, готов всегда и везде помочь. Тапочки и халаты в номере - отдельный плюс Взяли номер с балконом - не прогадали. Точно рекомендую!

Отель понравился. Удобный просторный номер, чисто и светло. Приезжали на выходные, в отеле было тепло и тихо. Выспались и утром спустились на завтрак в очень красивый ресторан. Все было вкусно, даже Кофе с кофе-машины был неплох. Хочется отметить удобное расположение отеля - до метро 5 минут, до реки Невы 15 прогуляться, но и много транспорта в любую точку города. До Невского проспекта 1 остановка на метро.

Очень удобная кравать и подушка. Завтраки невероятно вкусные. Номера превосходные. Люксов много. Я, сестра, мама, папа все были рады. Телевизор хорошо работает, если звонить в другой номер 31_(номер номера)

Отель очень понравился. Кровать и подушки мягкие, очень удобные. Завтраки вкусные, всего хватает. Персонал добродетельный, приветливый, приятный. Телевизоры хорошо работают. Рекомендую, сама остановлюсь ещё не раз. Спасибо за приём!

Номер business double понравился простором. Имеется все необходимое. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Персонал вежливый. В ресторане и холле одного из этажей красивые старинные печи. Из недостатков: 1) отсутствовала горячая вода при включении, нужно было ждать до 5 мин; 2) ночью натяжной потолок при открытом окне издаёт звуки, возможно где то гуляет воздух. В отеле имеется свой бар, посетить не довелось.

Отличное расположение на Васильевском острове. Рядом вся инфраструктура: рестораны, метро, магазины. Завтрак простой, лично мне не хватало. Номера просторные, комфортные. Разрешили ранний заезд.
