This hotel is super good. They upgraded me to a large room with a king-size bed and skylight. It's very good!!!

Very cozy hotel. The room is comfortable and clean. The canal is beautiful right outside.

How should I put it? The location is excellent, the hotel service staff Anna has a super nice attitude, but the bed in the room is only 0.8 meters long, which is similar to a sleeper bed on a train, and it is a bit high. If you like to toss and turn when sleeping, you must carefully order this bed type, otherwise... I gave feedback to Ctrip and it was also an agency problem. They compensated a few dozen yuan per night and that was it, so everyone should pay attention. I hope this helps.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff of this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Everything was perfect. Starting from the perfectly clean room, and ending with the positive and sensitive attitude of the staff. It happened. that they flew to St. Petersburg for the first time. We purposefully chose a hotel in the center. I really liked the location because... I believe that getting to know a city must begin with its heart. They also made their choice based on photographs; the style and taste of the owners of this hotel are immediately noticeable. Compared to other hotels, where the floors and walls are awkward and tacky, in Pushka Inn everything is chosen interestingly and competently. We checked in closer to night and, according to my tradition, I inspected the room. Honestly, I didn’t find any dust even in hard-to-reach places, the Wi-Fi signal was excellent, there were no interruptions in communication, the TV showed everything it should, the bed smelled delicious, the electric kettle was in excellent condition, there was no limescale or anything else, the room was breathable it was easy, it was fresh, the air temperature was comfortable. That is, there was a complete feeling of comfort. The only thing I noticed was a small leak in the shower stall, but this problem is common and did not affect the rest in any way. Result: 10/10 From reasoned criticism, I can say that they did not take breakfast, since the cost was 1200 rubles per person, which seems like a bit much. Although these are probably not the prices of the hotel, but of the neighboring restaurant. Although there may be one beneficiary, it doesn’t matter. In general, we thought it would be better to take a walk and check out the cafes in the area, which is more interesting than breakfast, in my opinion. Once we ordered food to our room. Yes, just delicious, but without the wow effect. I would also really like to note the concept of the hotel. The first time I was shocked how they managed to make an elevator. Despite its small dimensions, it is cozy, interesting and clearly harmonizes with the style. Also, the decor on the floors is very eye-catching. I just want to take pictures everywhere. On the last day we left at 10:30, but we still wanted to enjoy St. Petersburg, so we asked the reception to leave our bags and luggage and they happily helped us, completely free of charge, and also had a nice conversation. We returned to the hotel at 19:30, charged our phones in the lobby, waited until 20:00 and left. Moreover, we were offered water, tea, and coffee twice. That is, it is clear that the team does not care about visitors. Therefore, I also rate the work of the staff 10 out of 10. Great hotel! The level of service is very high. Comfortable rooms, soft mattresses, availability of shampoos, gels, etc. Cleanliness in the room. It was very nice to see a bottle of chilled champagne on the table for my husband’s birthday. If you return from St. Petersburg, then stop only at the Pushka Inn!
